Got me to thinking about burgers. Made cheese burgers for 3 along with a tomato onion garlic hot relish.

Ready for the buns, served with wedge fries. But forgot about those photos as we were starved.
I use the buns from foodland as they are bigger and you split them yourself. I like to take out some bread in the top bun as it makes more room for the relish. Easy meal 1/2 an hour from start to finish.
Good idea to ditch some of the bread...
I like the smaller from Lotus who also deliver.
