^I will try...
I can't remember if I posted this already, or if it was lunch or brunch or breakfast, but you're'll sure to love it, so what's the harm even if it is a fax???

Circumcisions on egg...Gay fooker!
So, I popped out to buy some bread, and to my delight they had one packet of English Muffins.
I had been on a decent shopping spree the day before, so decided to do:
Then I remembered that I actually had bought some condiments, so I had some nice mayonnaise and some honey mustard, so I added them too...
The above effort was my first, just a sausage and egg muffin.
It tasted good...
I then went on to develop the method with some full on 'specials'. I did a ham, egg, gauda cheese slice and mushroom number. I did another sausage and egg; both had loads of honey mustard and mayonnaise...
Alas, although I did about 6 pics of the cooking process and end product, my kitchen was steamy, so the camera lens steamed up (which I stupidly didn't notice) - the pics were crap. The ingredient layout pic was ok:
I have one muffin and all the ingredients left, so I'll do another step by step maybe tomorrow and add it on here.
Cycling should be banned!!!
A skillet is all that is required to toast anything. But a good effort.
Perhaps it's just me -
I'd always be suspicious of any food substance encased in plastic.

You would have a hard time finding muffins in jars and cheese and snags in bottles. I guess you grow everything on the land thaimeme.

Muffins or biscuits.
300g of flour tsp of yeast, tsp of salt, tsp of sugar, mix, knead, rest for 2 hrs.
Roll and cut, rest for 30 min, dust with flour then into the pan on a low flame for 5 min a side.
Hollandaise sauce
2 egg yolks, whisk with chili powder, tarragon, tsp of vinegar, pinch of salt, tsp of mustard. 50gm of melted butter, whisk in half, 10 sec in the microwave, whisk in rest of the butter, 5 sec in microwave, whisk until creamy.
then, ham, tomato, poached egg.

Why does Betsy cut his sausages into strips or chunks before frying?
I would make diagonal cuts on the sausage and then fry it or it least prick it with a fork. Keeps all the juices inside. Otherwise they would all shrivel up. Perhaps my sausages are different from his.

I like it light, fresh, alfresco type brunch and we usually go out for it. Fresh Turkish coffee and watermelon or lemon lime and bitters type juices to go with it.
This is my Sunday feast.
Then a run on the beach. I can make most of this at home but I like the ambiance of
a brunch place.

^Looks fab!
Sure is. I get lazy and grab whatever but this is always a treat. Tonight its double pepperoni and cheese and meatlovers super supreme pizzas, shandies, football.
Made some meat and potato pies the other day, had a bit of left over filling...Shame to waste.

And very good it was too!
