chips have to be well done, ground black pepper, sea salt, tossed in Malt vinegar, depending on mood ketchup or mayo.

If you have to load your fries with crap to make them tasty, they were low-quality to begin with- the same is true for steaks and pizza.

Steak, fish, eggs,curry sauce, sausage &beans.....er just about any thing really.

It's actually a Scottish delicacy. Perhaps that explains why most would be happy for them to have their independence.

I wouldn't call it a delicacy either as there's nothing delicate about it.
It's just a heart-attack waiting to happen.

A good burger begs for french fries as does a club sandwich.

A nice hand cut fry cooked in clean oil and then salted. Thats it.

I only get back to the states about once every three years. But when I do one of the first things I indulge in is an order of chilli cheese fries. I reckon once every 3 years aint gonna kill me.
