The Major in Fawlty Towers said the only good German is a dead German. Well there's one in this photo but where?

It's a tough one as nobody is paying him any attention in this snap from the scene.

Where there's a German there is also likely to be a glass topped coffee table and behind the foreground copper there is indeed a coffee table although this one is no good for video-taping a bar-girl's bowel movements through.

Our unfortunate German is under the picnic blanket on the racy black and white sofa-bench seat.

Apparently he is only 48. I have got a bit of catching up to do in the drink and drugs consumption stakes if I am to look anyting like this in 6 years.
