For avid followers of this thread and fellow players alike. I'm not one to be beaten at the hardest game in the world ever and have just cracked the 30m mark!
I've got my running style pretty much down now so will share it for you guys who might be struggling.
-At the start line wait until the runner rocks forwards a little and then tap W+O at the same time to get his balance leaning forwards.
- Then press and hold Q+P to bring his right leg forward.
- Then when the legs forward and his foot is level with the ground, hit and hold W+O to bring his right leg forward.
Repeat the last two steps and get into a rhythm.
The trick is to keep his body leaning forwards and the 'level' foot part is the key.
After a while small thigh adjustment start to come naturally to your fingers but they can also really fuck things up.
This is a true test of your eye/finger co-ordination.
I'll only accept scores beating mine accompanied with a screen shot.

Yeah, but it's the only way I can move forward; I just keep frantically pushing the keys then falling backwards. A truly awful game. Just when I thought that TD was the biggest waste of my vital forces, along comes QWOP...

Nicely done! I can imagine a big panic followed by a fuck up as soon as I get to the hurdle.
