I knew it was during a pipeline survey I did many years ago that I saw it but thought it was the one running into Odessa from Romania but it is just off the Ouagla - Annaba line in sunny Algeria !

I have seen the bugger and the pic is on Google !!!
Whatever - it is within a few miles of a stinking bloody pipeline that I surveyed and I did a lot of the bloody boring things !!!
P.S. as you may have guessed - pipeline surveys were not the most favourite of assignments - If you could pull a "sickie" so your mate had to go you did !!!![]()

Possibly there are a number of hadrian-style archs most everywhere.....
