This is the Mount Washington Hotel in New Hampshire. Drove past this place a few times back when my ex and I holidayed around New England every summer. Recognized it right away. Mt. Washington in the background. A really scary drive to the top where the Mt. Washington weather station claims the 'world's worst weather' Still have a tshirt.

one of the finest examples of perpendicular gothic architecture in the world.

founded in or around 1450. its fan vaulted roof took nearly 80 years to complete, but as we all know, builders were much quicker in those days.
