Btw, my favourite beer is a Belgian wheat beer called Hoegaarden.
Has anyone ever come accross it in Thailand???

I'll crawl over broken glass to hunt out a dark beer lao or a lao.
Next is strong dark German ale or Guinness but usually I'll just drink Chang as its foking hard to find the others sometimes.
Leo makes me spew and Singa gives me a friggin wicked hangover, Lifes hard when one wants to get on the piss and not die the next day.
Heinekin and the odd Tiger or two.
I've actually gone off beer for the most part, just that I can't find anything I can drink more than a few of.
Leo is my day to day- but dark beer Lao is my favourite.
Laos Dark
Yup, it's a nice drop.Originally Posted by Nawty

Life's too short for cheap beer.
And the older I get, it's definitely quality over quantity.
Imported German beer is all I'm drinking these days.
Loads of bars in Bangkok sell it and I think they sell bottles at Tesco.Originally Posted by The Muffinman

Leo went on sale at Tescos the other day for 10 baht less than Chang and the old lady bought a case. Big mistake - Leo has a nasty taste...
I enjoy a couple of Singhas....
San Mig light normally when out, and Beer Lao when I can get it, a few bars have started selling it on the dark side now.
Usually Tiger, Singha and Leo. And when I go to the Rimping I buy a couple Lao Dark. So sad they have only small bottles.
^^San Mig (not the light) will be here on draft in a couple of weeks.
I tried Archer once at the wifes village thats all they sold
Big bottles are okay..just gotta ice the beer the Thai beers can handle the ice.
San Miguel Pale Pilsen and Beerlao.
Had an Erdinger for the first time last week whilst i was visiting Loei, very impressed so had another and another. Usually drink Leo amd also quite partial to BeerLao.
I find Singha quite gassy and Chang far too strong for my fragile brain to cope with.
Leo i find, is very kind to my head and body in the mornings so 9/10.
Peroni lovely drop of beer, nice on draught to.
I'm not a beer drinker but my friend basically only drinks Heinekin---for as long as I remember.
When in the North-East, Beer Leo.
Whenever I can get Beer Lao I'll drink that, or Tiger
Tiger. If no Tiger then anything.
Toilet Duck tastes ok with tonic if your out of everything else..!
Chang or Heineken - depends on how many baht in the pocket. Much prefer a good scotch...
draught chang in a bottle was the best beer in thailand when i was last der. great drink . clean . draft or draught ,,can't remember ,, fuk maybe it took my memory.
