If this sick fuck had been an ordinary working class guy he wouldn't have got away with fiddling with kids the first time let alone get another government position swanning around the world at the taxpayers expense.

Yet another perfect example of a person in a priviledged position sticking two fingers up to decent society, no doubt he had the old school tie connections!

No remorse shown as far as I can see when he got nicked, they should have banged the C*NT up for longer than twelve years!

Getting convicted paedophiles to subsidise the education/food/shelter/impoverished parents of a country's children is a moral minefield (even though it seems poetic justice).

Better that their financial penalties goes to paying for more deterrence, such as criminal enforcement with cameras. (So that the unconvicted ones can't make the spurious claim that they are also supporting starving families).

Its up to Cambodia to support its most vulnerable and construct its own social safety nets, paid for in an ethical way.
