If saluting Hitler or Hirohito or Stalin would have been more to your liking, then it is fairly obvious who should not be allowed to leave his country. The Yanks and I won't agree on everything but the U.S.A. has been a staunch defender of freedom for quite some time now. No country can claim to be free of tactical mistakes or foreign policy missteps, but the "broad brush" approach to categorizing Yanks is not worthy of a thinking man.
