Of course there is such a shortage of Internet, blogs, forums, TV, Newspapers, Magazines, etc.... that they must just have to wait for the old monthly report to be delivered by air mail before they know what is happening.

You haven't a clue how Amnesty works, have you? What you wrote above is almost unbelievably stupid. Why don't you just be honest for a change and admit that no matter how easy it is to understand the facts you're just not going to bother because you're much more comfortable with your prejudices? I was going to add that your inability to deal with anything that challenges your cosy prejudices is nothing to be ashamed of, but I decided that that would be wrong. It's deeply shameful.

Don't know much about AI but if like the UN Human Rights Council, currently headed by a Thai (Sihasak Phuangketkeow) with members from some of the most notorious human rights abusers, AI is just another club where politics rather than any real concern for human rights is the order of the day.

The Thai 'establishment' has done very well infiltrating and manipulating these various international bodies. Why do you think they are in palaces/ex-palaces in the locations they are (several next door to the palace that the PAD produce their propaganda from)...
