Concern grows over missing person as abandoned car is discovered in Central Pattaya.
Police Major Khunawoot from Banglamung Police Station received a missing persons report from Khun Reungchai aged 37 who was concerned over the whereabouts of his wife, Khun Wanpen aged 37, the owner of a marble wholesaler in Laem Chabang. Khun Reungchai, who has a house in Central Pattaya and Laem Chabang spotted his wife’s pick-up parked on the side of the Sukumvit Road with the keys still in the ignition late on Monday Night. Witnesses mentioned that the pick-up was parked by three Thai men who then took a motorbike taxi to Soi Gopai. No other information was forthcoming and Khun Reungchai fears the worst. Hospitals in the area have been contacted and we understand that some unidentified fingerprints have been taken from the pick-up. For now the whereabouts of the woman is unknown.
