This is the same woman who pressed Lese Majeste charges against the entire board of the Foreign Correspondents Club of Thailand. She's also going to press charges against anybody who signs the petition to pardon Thaksin. It's worth pointing out that this woman is supported by the government and appears to have some very powerful backers.

Summary of the Charges Filed & Major Issues of each Case plus Additional Notes

In addition to the charges under article 112 of Thai Criminal Law further charges are to be filed this day against Thaksin Shinawatra, Jakrapob Penkhair, Veera Musikapong, Nattawoot Saikuea, Jatuporn Prompan, Marwaan Macan-Makar, Jonathan Head, other FCCT directors and UDD members that are implicated in crimes against the nation. Criminal Code articles 107, 113, 114, 116, 133, 135/1, 210, 213, 215, 217, 220, 288 and 289 are all used and each of the accused will have at least 2 or more of the aforementioned articles filed against them. Instant action is demanded as the cases expose a co-ordinated gang of conspirators committing acts of treason and concealment that not only threaten the Kingdom of Thailand and her national security but also insult Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the constitutional monarchy of the United Kingdom of Great Britain that she reigns (not rules). Actually, I think its a good thing because it shows up just how bizarre and politically motivated these LM laws really are.

Though I do think its only a warm up designed to intimidate the masses for when SOE takes the chair.

Ms. Luksna has some interesting theories. Such as the fact that Avian Flu was a 'Bio-weapon', designed to monopolise food supplies into the hands of a few. She also refers to the fact that "there are now huge efforts to demote the King and the privy councillors and play down SUFFICIENCY principle."

Not quite Bob. You need to read that a bit more carefullly. Nothing about charging QE2, quite the opposite. They are saying that LM was committed against her as well.

Ms Lusana is without doubt giving both Thailand and his majesty the king a bad reputation abroad as a result of these lawsuits. The charges against FCCT has resulted in a storm of protest and negative publicity in the foreign press.

Since she is directly damaging the reputation of both the kingdom and royal family as a result of her actions, perhaps someone could file LM charges against her......?

The point is, Liz is not being charged. Other heads of state are indeed, as I recall covered by LM. As are a few other assorted bods.

Under Thai law you can counter sue for defamation. The accusation has been publicized by her so she can be sued for damaging a person's reputation. The only thing you can't be sued for under defamation laws is reporting court verdicts. If the people ganged up and launched a tsunami of counter cases, she would collapse.
