Sort of stuff he writes one might not be suprised that he was shot.

The Shiva Moon Party closed at 9 a.m. the following morning and again simply just proofs the uselessness of any Koh Phangan Island officials and the general lack of interest in their duty.

So … shit goes from top to the bottom and therefore Koh Phangan’s new Police and new District Chief finally receive the status of being TOTALLY CORRUPT like most of the people here already suggested.

I wonder if he is the man that had a house up on the hill in the mid 1990s. It was lovely up there and then they created the Back Yard. The guy left the island the two or three days a week they had parties.
