Transgender Woman Found Murdered in Pattaya Apartment

At 11:30 AM on April 26, 2025, Police Lieutenant Kittipong Thaengkan, Deputy Inspector (Investigation) of Pattaya City Police Station, received a report of a fatal incident at an apartment in Soi Arunothai inCentral Pattaya. After receiving the report, he informed his superiors and proceeded to the scene with the Chief of police, medical staff from Pattaya Pattamakun Hospital, The Pattaya News team, and rescuers from the Sawang Boriboon Foundation of Pattaya.

The incident occurred at a 5-story apartment building on the second floor, where authorities discovered the body of a transgender woman, age not given, brutally murdered with severe stab wounds to the chest. Blood covered her body, and she was found lying face-up in the bathroom, having been dead for some time. At least one of her organs was removed. The investigative team and forensic unit cordoned off the area and collected evidence from the room. The identity of the victim has been withheld by authorities at this time.

Ms. Nok (pseudonym), a 61-year-old apartment housekeeper who also lives at the apartment complex, told police that around 2:00 AM on April 26, 2025, she heard an argument coming from the room in question. The voices, according to her, belonged to a Chinese man and the transgender woman. She later heard the transgender woman screaming in Thai, “Let me go, don’t hurt me!” This was followed by the sound of footsteps, high heels, and repeated loud banging on the room’s door, lasting about an hour before it went silent. In the morning, Ms. Nok reported the incident to her employer, who instructed her to knock on the door and warn the tenants. When no one answered, she used a spare key to enter and found the transgender woman’s body in a pool of blood. The Chinese man was gone. She immediately informed her employer and called the police.

Ms. Da (pseudonym), a 60-year-old caretaker of the apartment, stated that the room was rented by a Chinese man, aged 42, at 9:00 AM on April 25, 2025, for a one-week stay. His passport showed he had entered Thailand as a tourist 2-3 times previously. She didn’t pay much attention until the housekeeper reported the loud argument. When the housekeeper went to check, she found the transgender woman dead, and the Chinese man had disappeared. CCTV footage showed him leaving through the back exit at 6:00 AM today, April 26th, with a suitcase. His name has been withheld until further investigation takes place.

Police are currently conducting a detailed investigation at the scene and examining the body to determine the cause of death. The investigative team is tracking the suspect using CCTV footage, believing he has not fled far, but has also alerted Immigration to stop him from leaving Thailand. Further updates will be provided as the investigation progresses.

Chinese Suspect in Murder and Removal of Organs of Transgender Woman in Pattaya Arrested at Suvarnabhumi Airport

Pattaya Police and Royal Thai Immigration have revealed that a Chinese national, identified now as Mr. Tongyong Fu, 42, was arrested at Suvarnabhumi Airport while attempting to leave Thailand.

Pattaya police have also released more details on what they believe was a murder, although the reasoning behind the incident is still unclear. Mr. Fu was being transported back to Pattaya City where he is expected to be interviewed with the assistance of an interpreter.

The body of the victim, identified only as 25 year old Woranan, a post-op transgender woman from Nong Khai, was found this morning by a housekeeper at the apartment complex in Pattaya who was checking the well-being of the occupants after reportedly hearing them arguing vehemently earlier in the morning.

The victim’s body was found in a bathroom of the apartment and had been brutally dismembered, with at least one organ missing, said Pattaya Police, and another organ placed next to her body.

The suspect was captured on CCTV leaving the complex in a hurry around 6:00 AM today with a suitcase. Pattaya police stated he had rented the room for a week and his passport showed he had visited Pattaya several times before as a tourist. They were planning to investigate how long the victim and the suspect knew each other and how they had met.

About an hour... but she didn't think of calling security or the police during that hour?

Chinese Man Confesses to Brutal Murder of Transgender Woman in Pattaya

Pattaya, at 9:55 PM April 26th, 2025 — investigators from Pattaya City Police Station and Chonburi Immigration Police brought Mr. Tongyung Fu back to Pattaya for further questioning. He was arrested at Suvarnabhumi Airport after the discovery of the body of a transgender woman in a Pattaya apartment he rented.

Before his transfer to the Pattaya Police Station, Fu was taken to the Region 2 Forensic Police Office for DNA and tissue sample collection, which took about 40 minutes.

Upon arriving at Pattaya Police Station, Fu appeared stressed, keeping his head down, with visible scratch wounds across his face. During interrogation, with the help of an immigration translator, Fu confessed that he met the victim, a transgender woman, on April 25th while walking on South Pattaya Beach.

After exchanging contacts via the “WeChat” app, they agreed to meet later at Fu’s rented room. Fu claimed he paid the victim 8,000 baht for escort-related services but when the victim allegedly refused to engage in such services with Fu, an argument and physical altercation broke out.

He alleged the victim scratched his face and kicked him off the bed, starting the altercation, claiming he acted in self defense. Fu then allegedly strangled the victim until she was unresponsive. After confirming her death, he dragged the body into the bathroom, allegedly cut out her silicone breast implants with scissors, and mutilated the body, removing the heart but denying involvement with the missing lung.

Fu stated he cleaned the scene, left the body in the bathroom, and shockingly went to bed and slept normally. The next morning, he attempted to flee Thailand by motorcycle taxi and bus to Suvarnabhumi Airport, where he was apprehended before boarding a flight to Wuhan.

When asked if he had mental health issues, Fu said he had never sought medical treatment but admitted he acted out of uncontrollable rage. He apologized to the victim’s family and revealed he worked as a welder in China and had visited Thailand three times, calling it a “safe” country.

Fu also claimed that he bought the plastic bags and scissors at a discount store for carrying belongings and self-defense purposes before meeting the victim. Police said he has confessed, but forensic tests are still pending to confirm if any other body parts were removed. The plastic bags he carried only contained bottled water, not organs as initially rumored, according to the police.

Police are reportedly skeptical about Fu’s claims that the man acted in self defense and was rejected and attacked first, believing that Fu’s purchase of tools used in the gruesome murder were signs that the action was premeditated.

    This is a developing story.

Police Bring Chinese Murder Suspect for Reenactment, Enraged Father of Murdered Victim Attacks Suspect

In the latest development of a gruesome murder case, Woranan Phannakha, known by her nickname as Note, a 25-year-old transgender woman from Nong Khai province, was brutally killed by Mr. Tongyong Fu, a 42-year-old Chinese national. The victim, a well-known member of the Pattaya LGBTQ+ community who had undergone gender-affirming surgery (post op), was found with her chest slashed from neck to genitals, her heart and left lung missing, and her breast implants removed and placed beside her body.

The crime occurred in a bathroom of an apartment in Soi Arunothai in Pattaya. Following the issuance of an arrest warrant by the Pattaya Provincial Court, Mr. Tongyong Fu was apprehended at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Samut Prakan while attempting to flee to China.

On April 27, 2025, at 12:00 PM, Maj. Gen. Thawatchakiat Jindakuansanong, Chonburi Provincial Police Commander, along with Col. Anek Sarathongyoo, Superintendent of Pattaya City Police Station, Lt. Col. Arun Saphanont, Deputy Superintendent (Investigation), and Lt. Col. Siriwat Kachamat, Deputy Superintendent (Prevention), led a team of over 20 uniformed and plainclothes officers to escort Mr. Tongyung Fu to the crime scene on the 2nd floor of the apartment, to reenact the crime. A large crowd of relatives and friends of the victim as well as members of the Pattaya transgender community gathered to observe, prompting police to secure the area due to concerns about potential unrest and the suspect’s safety.

Maj. Gen. Thawatchakiat personally oversaw the reenactment, which is required in major criminal cases as part of Thai law. The suspect stated that he brought the victim to the room, agreed on a price of 8,000 baht for intimate services, and paid her in advance. However, when the victim resisted during an intimate moment, a heated argument ensued. The suspect demanded half the money back, but the victim refused, leading to a violent altercation. The victim allegedly scratched the suspect’s face and kicked him, breaking one of his front teeth. Enraged, the suspect said he pulled the victim to the side of the bed, pressed his left knee against her neck until she died, and then dragged her body to the bathroom. Using scissors, he stabbed her abdomen, slashed up to her chest, removed her breast implants, and placed her heart on her left shoulder. He has tried to claim this was self defense, but police are unsurprisingly skeptical.

After dismembering the body, the suspect used a blanket to wipe the victim’s body and clean bloodstains in the bathroom. He then rested in the room until morning, booked a flight, and left the apartment, taking a motorcycle taxi to a bus station in North Pattaya to travel to Suvarnabhumi Airport. He was arrested with the victim’s mobile phone in his possession, which served as damning evidence.

The police later took the suspect to three additional locations for further reenactment: a 20-baht shop 200-300 meters from the crime scene, the Pattaya-Bangkok bus terminal in North Pattaya, and an area near South Pattaya Beach, close to the entrance of Walking Street, where the suspect and victim first met and exchanged contact details via WeChat. The suspect claimed he only learned the victim was a post op transgender after his arrest, claiming this was not part of his thought process in murdering her.

Maj. Gen. Thawatchakiat stated that the case, which has drawn big public attention due to its brutality, was efficiently handled by Pattaya City Police, who gathered evidence swiftly and apprehended the suspect at the airport. The National Police Chief and Region 2 Commander commended the team’s coordination with Immigration Police and Tourist Police.

Initially, the suspect refused to speak but confessed after the victim’s phone was found on him. He admitted to the murder, citing the victim’s refusal to engage intimately and her attack that broke his tooth. Driven by anger and curiosity from what he said was watching crime series, he dissected the body, leveraging his strength as a welder to make precise cuts. Authorities dismissed rumors of human trafficking or organ trade but are awaiting forensic results to confirm if any organs are missing. The suspect faces charges of murder and theft. Police believe the crime may have been premeditated since the suspect purchased tools used to dissect the body in advance at the 20-baht shop, but the victim chosen at seemingly random.

During the reenactment at the 20-baht shop, Mr. Fat Phannakha, the 61-year-old father of the victim, along with his two daughters and over ten relatives, observed the suspect with visible anger and grief, shouting curses. Police intervened to prevent escalation. Mr. Fat tearfully shared that he is still devastated.

Four years ago, Note left for Taiwan to work and learn Chinese, becoming fluent. After two years, she moved to Pattaya, where her family visited her periodically. Note was kind, shy, and the family’s breadwinner, sending 10,000 baht monthly and fulfilling their wishes. She recently built a house for her parents and promised to take them to China, a plan cut short by her death. The father seeks justice, demanding the death penalty, and questions the missing lung, as police reports remain unclear. He recalled a fortune teller’s warning about losing something dear when his wife turned 60, initially fearing it would affect him, not Note.

As the suspect was being escorted back to the detention room, an unexpected incident occurred. Mr. Fat, his daughters, and relatives attempted to attack the suspect. The father struck the suspect’s face with a plastic bottle, causing himself to fall, before police separated them and rushed the suspect to the cell. Relatives continued shouting curses and crying in anguish at the station.

confined within the restricted boundaries that you choose to exist in, i.e. the pub, the in laws shack and the 7/11, you know nothing cyrille.

we may not like the underbelly of humanity's sinister demons, but let their existence be a catalyst for self-improvement and a fuel for ambition.

the dregs of society, with their weaknesses and imperfections demonstrate on a daily basis, thanks to misskits postings among other things, how vast the difference is between the noble and the ignoble.

their existence reflects upon an abyss within the human character where darkness and scheming self loathing fester, leading to one sorry downfall after another. these losers are the antithesis of greatness, gradually dragging others down through discouragement away from aspiring above mediocrity.

they resign themselves to insignificance instead of daring towards greatness and instead derive satisfaction from being confined to oblivion .... or the sordid headlines of the gutter press

the whores, the criminals, the scammers, the fallen and the corrupt. ... you can learn more from observing human behaviour than you ever can from teachers, books, universities or the interweb.

tik tok might be a good place for you to start cyrille, if you find the streets a bit too much for you.
