A woman was filmed while vaping on one of Bangkok’s BTS Skytrains on Monday, with the clip going viral after being posted on TikTok.
The TikTok poster also alleged that the woman was vaping marijuana, judging by the odour.
In the clip the woman is seen texting, while holding what appears to be a vape in her left hand, occasionally taking a drag on the crowded train.
The caption read: “Don’t do this. I have already alerted the Chong Nonsi station chief. Please fine her to set an example, as there were children and elderly passengers on the train.”
Nearly all the comments on the clip criticize the woman, saying she should not have vaped in public, as it is illegal in Thailand.
Some even asked for advice on what to do if they witness such behaviour.
