Not a thing has changed ,, a few years ago the wife and I were at the beach and a body came up on the beach with wire around the ankles and hands wired behind his back the police also ruled that as a suicide. Guess it is easy compared to a investagation

If you murdered someone Thegent I'm sure you'd bother to make things difficult for investigators to pin the murder on you. Fcuk me, I thought you to be a clever chappy.
The problem you are experiencing is somewhat typical of the lay person whose experience of crime and murder is essentially derived from Hollywood garbage and tenth rate fictional literature.
Most are committed spontaneously from anger. Premeditated murders involving complex plot lines and clever knots concealing the perp are as rare as hen's teeth. This is Thailand for fuck's sake, if the motive was to steal money and off him they'd just run him over, stab him or beat him to death somewhere private and dump the corpse. Dressing him up in a fucking diver's outfit luring him out to the briny in the dead of night for a quick snorkel, rip his throat out with a knife and then tie the corpse to some underwater stanchion and then making a quick getaway flippering oneself to the shore as you do is just so fucking stupid only a twat head living out in the bush would give it credence.
Suicides by nutters are weird fuckers by definition.
Only a farang could have drafted that message so if it was murder then we would be looking for someone who knew the victim and his wife,,who was shagging her and also liked a spot of diving.
Kind of narrows down the field of suspects for Insp. Clouseau, don't it? Or was he a fucking CIA agent on a clandestine op offed by the Russian FSB.....

    You twit.

A new plot unfolds, I bet there were illegal drugs and Muslim terror suspects involved as well.
If you can decipher the clues left, they translate to the coordinates of the weapons cache hidden in the ocean.

Maybe it was his life Insurance policy.
Clause 956b: Death by suicide is not covered unless
(subclause 956/b/iv):Claimant dies by slitting his own throat in a diving suit while tied to a pole.

First, by no stretch of the imagination am I your 'bro'.

Secondly, sitting in mummy's basement clutching your sippy cup while looking at Utube videos of other countries does not constitute having been to them. Fool.

He was prolly murdered..... The ocean will erase all fingerprints. The msg is the biggest clue, not overtly emotional or over the edge and sounded almost cheerful.

More Reading material and images of Frank. Bunch of bullshit if you ask me. Since when do you fucking take the word of the wife/girlfriend. On what planet is that through detective work.
Very strange. Not that strange deaths of farangs are uncommon in Thailand of course.

Genticles makes some good points. Murders are normally spur of the moment bludgeoning's or stabbings with the excuse "I was not home and I do not know why my hammer is covered in blood" or the like.

But the weirdness in this one shines out. Such an upbeat "note"? Really? I am great, you are great, we are great. Now I am going to kill myself?

But if I remember it was more :now it is time to "move on". The fact the message says I transferred some money is strange. Why not all id he was planning to top himself?

Really looks to me like he was leaving her, rather than planning to end it all.

For the body. Well, cannot make out any real details - but no tank, reg, snorkel, mask? Especially no weight belt (clear as he is floating). If you were going to slash your throat underwater, a weight belt is pretty much essential if you are wearing wet suit.

Lastly, never seen a diver use a box cutter. Might just be me, but one trip in a salt environment and the thing would be useless. Still. Nice and neat of him to retract the blade after using it to slash his throat what?

Yes, yes, and yes. I had the same thoughts.

Then there was he told her where her wedding rings were....why did he have them and why didn't she?

    It's all a bit dodgy.
