Three youths arrested for allegedly gang-raping two underaged girls

Three youths have been arrested by Banglamung district police on charges of gang-raping two underaged girls.
The three suspected rapists, one of them identified as Somchai Yana, were escorted by police to the crime scenes, where they allegedly intoxicated the two victims with liquor before raping them and dumping them in Soi 10 of Sukhumvit Road, for re-enactment which took about 20 minutes.

The three suspects allegedly confessed to the crime. The fourth suspect is still on the run.

Pol Maj-Gen Somprasong Yenthuam, commander of Chon Buri provincial police, said that the incident was serious as the victims are underaged. He added that he had instructed police to try to arrest the remaining suspect.

So rape isn't serious if the victims were legal(?) age?

While in jail, they need a lot of help, so when they've done their time and they're released, they become better citizens.

A gang of youths raping two underage victims is simply just another form of communication at that age in this country. Certainly, slapped wrists all round and significant compensation for the families but the lads will be free to pretty much carry on with the trajectory of their pitiful little, futile lives:-

have a brat out of wedlock, "marry" the mother but desert her after 18 months, fuck off to the city, get a shitty job, hang out with the guys, get drunk and do some speed, steal a bit, find a trollop and pimp her as his whore, get two more and then buy a taxi, rent it out while he hangs around the soi scratching his balls with his mates and do a bit of grassing for the local police, act as a runner for the local mafia, retire one of the whores and get her to run a noodle stall, soon have enough to buy a repo in a moo baan and watch the trees grow and then marries the noodle whore who is pretty nifty with the accounts and soon organises another noodle stall and buys a second taxi for Somchai to rent out, and in the end noodle whore manages all the bank accounts and gives Somchai an allowance which he spends on his mia noi but he is really, really careful to not fuck up with No1 wife who is the boss and calls the shots but he's really quite happy with that because at long last he has got his mother back to take care.

    The End.

What does Thailand expect when village weddings are allowed/accepted with girls and boys aged 12. Police don't intervene even though they know it goes on. The place is a bollix.

Under the Republic Act 9344, a child who is 15 years old or under 15 during the commission of the crime will be exempted from criminal liability but will be subjected to intervention programs. If a child is above 15 but below 18 years old, the child will also be exempt from criminal liability, unless he/she is proven to have acted with discernment.

This is why gang thieves like the 'akyat bahay gang' hire 15 year old children and below to work for them.... They train kids how and what to steal.

Duterte is eyeing to revise this law and lower the age of exemption from 15 to 12 years old.

    AO,
Extreme overcrowding is the most punishing aspect of doing time in PI jails. Add water shortage and dirty toilets to that list...... In some prisons, the prisoners take turns sleeping coz they won't fit if they all sleep at the same time.

    The End.
Cynical and although a composite story, depressingly so often true.

Flesh it out a bit and you have a potential bestseller.
