Miss Thailand brought home the Best Costume award with her tuk-tuk dress. So, now Mrs. Thailand hopes to do the same by sporting a golden ensemble modeled after Bangkok's most famous temple.

Inviting people to shag temples isn't exactly respectful.

Her fancy new "Golden Pagoda Dress,” inspired by Wat Phra Kaew, had Thai netizens commenting immediately.
The dress is inspired by Wat Phra Kaew, but she cannot enter the real deal without covering up her knees, yes.

She wants to be careful of Chinese tourists, being pissed on or someone shitting behind her wouldn't do her chances any favours

One chick I pulled unfortunately couldn't give me head because she had a Buddha necklace on.

Still, she was a good root and let me keep her smelly panties.

Thai Culture Ministry Slams Golden Pagoda Costume

    By Sasiwan Mokkhasen
    Staff Reporter - Khaosod English

BANGKOK — Coming on the high heels – or bumper – of beauty pageant Aniporn Chalermburanawong's winning tuk-tuk costume, the would be Mrs. Universe probably expected her iconic Thai costume to also win accolades.

But as Kanthicha "Yui" Chimsiri found out yesterday, the appointed guardians of culture at the Ministry of Culture were not pleased by her dress inspired by the most important Buddhist temple in the nation, which she introduced Tuesday.

“Creativity must has the limit, especially it should not be concerned other's feeling and belief,” Deputy Permanent Secretary Wimonlak Choochart said Wednesday of the dress made to look like the Phra Sri Rattana Chedi in Bangkok’s Wat Phra Kaew....

Pageant organisers drop 'stupa' dress idea

Organisers of Mrs Universe Thailand pageant have slammed the door on the idea of using a gold stupa-styled “Suwan Chedi” dress as an entrant for Best National Costume at a beauty contest in China amid strong religious opposition, Culture Minister Vira Rojpojchanarat said Monday.

Mr Vira said the pageant had notified the ministry that the work on the new dress to be worn by Thailand's representative in the 2016 pageant in Guangzhou in August—31-year-old Kanthicha "Yui" Chimsiri—was already 70% complete.

The design was inspired by Phra Si Rattana Chedi....
