    Saraburi road collapses

    SARABURI — A major subsidence has been found on a section of a road in Nong Khae district that has severely disrupted traffic.

    The subsidence -- three metres deep and 300 metres long -- was found between kilometre markers 16 and 17 on the Nongkae-Nong Sua Road in tambon Nong Rong.

    Prakit Meprem, president of the Nong Rong tambon administration organisation, said on Sunday the road runs along Rapeepat canal where water levels were decreasing due to the drought and it had caused the soil along the canal to collapse. He believed the subsidence may have been caused by the canal drying up.

    what a joke, it's always the fault of water either a flood or a drought, never shit road construction cos of skimming money off the costs.

    Watched a Thai news segment must have been 5-6 minutes repeating same shots on a loop...gotta laugh...

    The same shot's, Australia media do the same, showing the same footage over and over, you would think with technology today, a few different scene's would'nt be that hard,
