Blaze Sends Phuket Mechanics Fleeing as Car is Destroyed: Photo Special

Phuket mechanics unable to fix problem before it gets worse today

PHUKET: Four mechanics taking a customer's car for a spin to listen to rattles and assess the problem jumped for their lives when the vehicle burst into flames about 4pm today. The Honda Accord may never be the same. The blaze in Muang Chao Fa Road quickly destroyed the car but fortunately the mechanics were not inside.

Would of been good if the owner could of checked the tyre wear before it burnt,
i would put my money on the mechanics giving it a good flogging before it all went tits up.
A mate in OZ left his hot holden v8 at a garage then found out two mechanics went 20 kys out of town and were doing burn out's and blew the diff,it was spotted by his mate
before they could transport it back to hide the evidence.

I am happy to know exactly how many Thai mechanics it takes to blow up a car. I will demand 3 or less for my next tune-up.
