    Possible.

But a threeway gone horribly wrong could also explain what is known.
Unless there were drugs involved, it is 100% likely this was some pissed up yabba'd somchai and his mates.

The Thai have a track record as long as your arm in trying to pin farang murder on another farang or, if that fails, a migrant worker. Kirsty Jones is the paradigm.

I would be astonished if that chap was responsible for a doubly rape and murder all by himself. It's simply incredible and the conflicting accounts as to the chain of evidence of items from the murder site suggests this guy is about to be railroaded.

Still, we shall wait and see.

Meanwhile, Durex Thailand jumps in for some ambush marketing.....

The infographic read: "28% of women who say no give in at the end" - and the message was made worse by its tacky caption.

It read: “So this would be called a ‘courtesy rape’ right? Comment! #Durex #DurexThailand #Lovesex."

With national soul-searching in Thailand after a series of gruesome rapes, many people were outraged by the famous condom brand’s decision to make a “cheeky” comment about rape.

"So the remaining 72 percent would be called rape, and how many of those would go to the police?" one user commented.

"For the remaining 72 percent, if they're not killed, they're definitely going to the police," another user added.

Durex Thailand later apologized, claiming the artwork contained poor word choice.

They shifted blame to the public by characterizing it as a “misunderstanding” of their intent.

Thai Police Find Sperm on Both Koh Tao Bodies, Say Reports
    Wednesday, September 17, 2014

PHUKET: Sperm has been found during autopsies on both the bodies of Hannah Witheridge, 23, and David Miller, 24, according to Thai media reports today.

The sperm was mixed with sand, according to Khao Sod newspaper. It was found in Miller's anus and Hannah Witheridge's vagina, the newspaper reported.

Khao Sod also carried photographs of a bloodstained pair of pants surprisingly found by police in the luggage of David Miller.

Christopher Ware, a British man who was sharing a room at bungalows on the Thai holiday island of Koh Tao with Miller, is now being questioned at length by police about his relationship with Miller and Hannah Witheridge.

The article has been removed now.

Like Davis said both raped would indicate more than one attacker.

Or one attacker with a knife or a gun. Not one guy with a garden hoe.

Ah ha - well the coppers mentioned a party with 50 nasty farangs near to the scene so they will now be working out which of them they can pin it on. I bet it has crossed their pin sized brains to try and pin it on all of them thinking of 50 sets of black money to get out of the country rather than being sent to prison for 20 years.

He was questioned by police in Bangkok - according to B Post - and agreed to return to Ko Tao. Maybe they gave him the offer of a free ride . . . with no option to say no

Meanwhile, police here in Bangkok have been questioning Christopher Alan Ware, a friend of victim David Miller, who has just returned from Khao Tao. He is not officially a suspect, they say, but he has been asked to remain in the country until they have completed their investigation.

Ah ha - So he fled the scene and hot footed it so well that the Bangkok Police were able to catch him in 5 seconds.

Ummm or being a sensible lad and hearing about the tragedy he walked to the cops and asked what he could do... and is now being fitted up with this crime.

What a crock of horseshit. As if the Thai haven't raped, beaten, robbed and pillaged their own kind mercilessly over the past 200 years.

The implication is of course just a rerun of the Thai hypocrisy but given traction by stupid, conceited farang who invariably claim to have a great insight into the Thai culture because they happen to have run a fucking business for five years: " Yep, it's because we aren't respecting their " kulcha " is why we get attacked etc. "

Thai are largely unsophisticated folk, quite clueless about other cultures and simply view tourists as a commodity, similar to cattle or kwai, mand worth enduring because of the money. They have no wish to engage with tourists, they have no desire to understand them and, more importantly for those who wish to travel safely, their men are pack animals who will savage anyone for even the most minor transgression on the flimsiest of pretexts.

Also, the real low end Thai trash, whether they be gormless Isaanites, mafia foot soldiers or beach dross who fancy themselves as chickenhead gigolos, all fancy a bit of white meat and experience tells us they'll settle on rape to get it.

    Buddhist beliefs my arse.
Would you concede though that if one gets murdered by a Thai commoner, at least the deceased gets the comfort of knowing his killer will be convicted.

If you're murdered in Thailand by someone of status and renown, they will be acquitted.

The Australian news report on the other channel P.3 is interesting if only to show how the police are now actively working to prove Ware's guilt although the article itself is excellent in raising questions as to how such evidence has been obtained so quickly.

Ware is clearly being fitted up. He needs help and quickly. Pity Drummond is tied up with those tossers in Pattaya, it's his métier and he's pretty good at unearthing police duplicity.

That is all very weird, and that cut on his hand could have been from diving or from a fight

Fellow board members, if you have ever been to this island, there is a fair chance that you will soon be questioned over this and your name will be splashed over the global news. ON the positive side, you will get a free trip to the island. On the negative side, they world will think you are a rapist and a murderer...... until they drag the next farang into the mix.

Well, I have been to KT, but to be fair, I have not shared a room with the dead guy -which if reports are correct, all the others did, so I am pretty sure most of us are safe.

PBS reports six men are sought by the police now. Forensic tests on samples are awaited. The CCTV footage previously published has now been confirmed as NOT to be that of the victims but of another couple whom the head of CCTV cock ups misidentified.

Apparently, the chief copper is getting fed up with all these conflicting reports and headless chicken antics and has told Colonel Big Bollox to act as the sole mouthpiece of the enquiry.

So, it's shaping up to be a mad gangbang by frenzied farang who in their gorefest slew the victims in some crisis d'amour fuelled by magic mushrooms, yabaa and Lao Khao.

In the meantime, somewhere on Kho Tao lurks a group of Thai men yet to be interviewed.......

Oh, I forgot to mention despite earlier reports there was no embargo on anyone leaving the island which maintained all its usual comings and goings that morning.

You do have t admit that doing a first ferry runner when your roomy and probably friend has just been killed is more than a bit dodgy...

And then after being questioned and released doing a runner out of the country after you hid your bloodstained jeans in the dead guys bag is a bit more dodgy...

Actually, Moog, I'm appalled. I thought the days of Kirsty Jones might be over but these ghastly people just get worse and worse.

Irrespective of who did it, farang, Thai or whoever, this is simply the worst imaginable way a murder enquiry could be conducted.

They would bring farce into disrepute.

Perhaps he didn't know his friend was dead. He may have caught the ferry out before the bodies were found and the commotion started. Might have thought he had just shacked up somewhere.

As for the very mobile jeans, we now have three conflicting reports on where they were found, whose they were, and if there were one or two pairs.
