No problem but come back if you can" so Mr Ware returns "You did it - here, open you bag" as chickenhead puts the jeans in his bag "see you did it".

He was questioned by police in Bangkok - according to B Post - and agreed to return to Ko Tao. Maybe they gave him the offer of a free ride . . . with no option to say no

Meanwhile, police here in Bangkok have been questioning Christopher Alan Ware, a friend of victim David Miller, who has just returned from Khao Tao. He is not officially a suspect, they say, but he has been asked to remain in the country until they have completed their investigation.

Ah ha - well the coppers mentioned a party with 50 nasty farangs near to the scene so they will now be working out which of them they can pin it on. I bet it has crossed their pin sized brains to try and pin it on all of them thinking of 50 sets of black money to get out of the country rather than being sent to prison for 20 years.

The Australian news report on the other channel P.3 is interesting if only to show how the police are now actively working to prove Ware's guilt although the article itself is excellent in raising questions as to how such evidence has been obtained so quickly.

Ware is clearly being fitted up. He needs help and quickly. Pity Drummond is tied up with those tossers in Pattaya, it's his métier and he's pretty good at unearthing police duplicity.

Brothers from Jersey stopped at airport in connection with murders
It's been reported two brothers from Jersey who left the Thai island of Koh Tao where police are investigating the murder Jerseyman David Miller, 24, and Hannah Witheridge, aged 23, from Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, were stopped by police at Suvarnabhumi International airport last night before boarding a London bound flight.

The two men are believed to be friends of David Miller and have been asked by police to remain in Thailand pending further investigation.

It is also reported the brothers had shared a room with Mr Miller in Koh Tao.

PBS reports six men are sought by the police now. Forensic tests on samples are awaited. The CCTV footage previously published has now been confirmed as NOT to be that of the victims but of another couple whom the head of CCTV cock ups misidentified.

Apparently, the chief copper is getting fed up with all these conflicting reports and headless chicken antics and has told Colonel Big Bollox to act as the sole mouthpiece of the enquiry.

So, it's shaping up to be a mad gangbang by frenzied farang who in their gorefest slew the victims in some crisis d'amour fuelled by magic mushrooms, yabaa and Lao Khao.

In the meantime, somewhere on Kho Tao lurks a group of Thai men yet to be interviewed.......

Oh, I forgot to mention despite earlier reports there was no embargo on anyone leaving the island which maintained all its usual comings and goings that morning.

Even by Thai standards, impossibly low as they are, this is really quite incredible.

Ah ha - So he fled the scene and hot footed it so well that the Bangkok Police were able to catch him in 5 seconds.

Ummm or being a sensible lad and hearing about the tragedy he walked to the cops and asked what he could do... and is now being fitted up with this crime.

Fellow board members, if you have ever been to this island, there is a fair chance that you will soon be questioned over this and your name will be splashed over the global news. ON the positive side, you will get a free trip to the island. On the negative side, they world will think you are a rapist and a murderer...... until they drag the next farang into the mix.

Well, I have been to KT, but to be fair, I have not shared a room with the dead guy -which if reports are correct, all the others did, so I am pretty sure most of us are safe.

You do have t admit that doing a first ferry runner when your roomy and probably friend has just been killed is more than a bit dodgy...

And then after being questioned and released doing a runner out of the country after you hid your bloodstained jeans in the dead guys bag is a bit more dodgy...

Perhaps he didn't know his friend was dead. He may have caught the ferry out before the bodies were found and the commotion started. Might have thought he had just shacked up somewhere.

As for the very mobile jeans, we now have three conflicting reports on where they were found, whose they were, and if there were one or two pairs.

I have already commented upon Ware's departure sometime ago when I suggested he may have been adhering to his itinerary. The victims had left the party for the secluded cove and he, doubtless, retired to his pit in preparation for his planned early morning departure oblivious of what had transpired.

PBS have now reported that according to Col. Big Bollox, police are now hunting for a group of Rohingya who landed in Phuket two days ago but then caught a Thai Navy patrol boat which deposited them near Kho Tao approximately one mile out from the cove where the couple were found.

I thought that as well...Like Davis stated: just check into his itinerary a bit...How long was he initially booked to stay there?...

So far, it's only been the Aussie press who have commented on the implausibility of the police utterances. Perhaps they still use real journalists instead of hacks rewriting UPI copy?

Autopsies completed on British murder victims

    September 17, 2014 3:16 pm
The post-mortem report on David Miller, a British tourist killed on Koh Tao Island, has revealed that his death was the result of blows to the head and drowning, Pol Col Dr Pornchai Sutheerakune, commander of Institute of Forensic Medicine, said on Wednesday.

Water was found in Miller's lungs, his body showed traces of being dragged and there were wounds on the back of his hands, Pornchai said. The findings indicate that that he fought with his attackers, was beaten and then drowned, the doctor said.

The autopsy on the body of Hannah Witheridge, whose body was found near Miller's, showed she also had trauma to the head. There were also traces of recent sexual activity and semen was found in her vagina and anus. The doctors will use the seamen to try and identify the culprit and compare the DNA samples collected from the bodies with those from the suspects.

The doctors could not say what kind of object had been used to beat the victims only that it was a blunt object. Pornchai said he could yet not tell the time of death because the bodies has been frozen before sending them the autopsy.

With the autopsies now completed, the bodies could now be claimed. However, no request for release had yet been made.
