Sadly they dont give a shit what you died from here. When you are dead you are dead. It really is not a big deal here. Shock is a common cause of death. Now what the hell does that mean?

So many unclosed unnatural deaths here. If you live here you just know it and accept it. But this does not mean you have to like it. I have had two close friends die here just out of the blue. A cause would be established in the west but not here. The funeral is more important than the cause of death. A sad true fact.
