    Pattaya “Tour Guides” Caught Selling Sex Shows


    Pattaya police caught six illegal tour guides persuading tourists to watch sex shows at an entertainment spot on Walking Street.

    PATTAYA – May 31, 2012 [PDN]; Pol. Lt. Pallop Ringrod, Deputy Inspector, Pattaya police arrested six illegal tour guides distributing obscene pictures and brochures of sex shows to tourists on Walking Street, South Pattaya.

    The police arrested the “tour guides” six males and seized brochures and photocopied color pictures of the sex shows.



    All of the suspects, six Thai nationals confessed that they were hired by the owner of an entertainment venue on Walking Street and distribute pictures and leaflets of sex shows to foreign tourists.

    The police charged the suspects with distribution of obscene material. The suspects will be investigated and prosecuted according to the law.

    That is friggin scandalous and casts a pall on Pattaya's good name as a family holiday destination. People could get entirely the wrong impression about the place if this continues. Hope these unscrupulous lowlifes get what is coming to them.

    But the rich Thais that own the illegal sex shows (probably police or army families...) will continue on, just not bothering to pay the owed wages to the lowsos who were caught by the police... TiT, carry on...

    Lucky I saw this thread....just about to take the family there for a holiday, sun, sand, palm trees, kick the ball along the beach....... no idea what to do now
