Why bother going " home "?

Simply move to an area where falang congregate and ignore them for the rubbish they are.Trash Thai are an inconvenience at worst and if one arranges one's affairs appropriately they have no impact at all. I seldom speak Thai and when forced it's only to give commands which they usually obey if only on economic grounds. What sort of relationship would anyone else with half a brain possibly entertain?

By well I mean exactly what you're talking about.

However, when you're in the mix here with all your chips on the table - you don't have much choice. Survival is all it is.

Patrick, you sanctimonious piece of utterly priggish shite, who gives a fuck what some fat arsed middle class piece of redundant white blubber and her ghastly brood thinks?

Most falang teachers, headmasters, multi-national company executives and diplomatic honchos are banging themselves silly on cheap floosies and kept mia noi for as long as they can stretch their tenure.

    You stupid, gormless twat.

Are you that naive, you cupid stunt?
Your use of such language - and the content of your other Posts on this Forum - merely serves to emphasise that you are a low class, ill educated racist; small wonder that you are the chief cheer-leader for Behan.

^ I think they must work at the same school. They say never work with animals or children or you begin to act like them.

This adult kids and train vid is quite apt and shows what these tossbag teachers turn into

Patrick is really quite dismal, isn't he/it/she?

His style and vocabulary suggests he is from the lower end but desperately trying to be seen as aspiring middle class, the apotheosis of achievement in his drear little world full of cliche and tediously predictable rhetoric.

I suspect he's the sort of individual who subscribed to the Reader's Digest for intellectual stimulus.

I also surmise he is just a troll, no one could be that priggish, and of no interest.

No mate, unfortunately your pissing up the wrong tree on this one as the video evidence shows that the Irish twat was attacked after he lost his shit and started twisting off.

Normal fare in Thailand and no surprise there.

All ex pats realise this hence why this guy has very little support.

Terence, you are an Antipodean and therefore must husband your resources lest you exhaust them. Your unwillingness or inability to stand aside from the herd in this matter and see the merits of Mr Behan's stance suggests you may need a break.

    Erm,

I don't Know about that my learned friend as I thought I was quiet an individual chap who never pandered to the masses.

I also have stood fast on my opinions on the mentally challenged Irish fuk regarding his childish actions when confronted with a reasonable request by security personal who where trying to enforce the regulations of the BTS which they are employed under.

But if you think I'm a full on Aussy cock sucker who am I to argue and have been called much worse on this forum.

You have a nice day " Gent ".

    Cheers mate.

Now, Terence you're just being obtuse.

There is no regulation or bye law within the BTS's operating procedures expressly prohibiting the carriage of a passenger in possession of an inflated balloon.

    Period.

Now, which bit of that did you not understand?

If that is correct than the story could quite possibly be different but according to all the reports there is a law prohibiting the carriage of gas filled balloons on the BTS.

You are the first one to say that this is not true.

Where are you getting your information ?

i think you will find there is, this case is covered by the regulation i have highlighted in red below, and that the aussie fireman is correct, now where is that apology ???????

the guard had every right to ask the irishman to dispose of his balloons.

the guard at the other station that allowed him to carry them was in the wrong for allowing them, but the guard at prompong was correct.

thai ballons must be always be assumed to have been filled with explosive hydrogen, its much cheaper than non explosive helium.

BTS executive Anat Arbhabhirama disagrees with you :

"Balloons are inflammable. We strictly don't allow passengers to bring along gas-filled balloons," Anat said.

BTS apologises for guard's clash with Irish passenger - The Nation

Honestly, the extent to which farang will go to kiss Thai arse seemingly has no bounds.

Firstly, the published safety guidelines simply state no dangerous or inflammable substances should be taken on board the trains. Inflated children's balloons, now apparently a much feared threat and the cause of many near disasters around the planet because of the toxicity and nuclear detonating consequences of the hydrogen which is always used in Thailand for all balloons inflated everywhere they are seen, are not mentioned.

Which of course is why we have never seen balloons in shopping malls, schools, trains or buses or in hotel lobbies or anywhere in Thailand except in open spaces where a fire tender is in attendance..........or have we?

It's of course preposterous. I've seen balloons carried by kids on the BTS numerous times, probably as many times as I have seen folk carrying their hot coffees and little foodie bags despite the prohibition of same.

The BTS are making a big deal of it in hindsight because, frankly, they've got bugger all else to rely upon in defending the disgraceful conduct of their staff and that of the loutish G4S guards.

The prohibition of dangerous and inflammable items is of course a reference to the carriage of such substances as liquid gas tanks, petroleum products, incendiary devices such as fireworks etc etc. No one in their right mind ever envisaged such a provision related to children's balloons but if the gutless and craven of the forum wish to endorse such a ludicrous assertion in support of the Thai in preference to a decent law abing farang then that's up to them.

Like I said, craven and gutless but of course living on your knees for so long and kowtowing to the Thai has done irreparable damage to your backbones, if you had any that is.

In any event, I am vindicated in claiming that there is no expressly stated prohibition of children's balloons among the BTS rules of carriage. So no apology there.

Does it say water-filled balloons are OK? Just asking because songkhran is coming soon and all. Can somebody check?

    Unfortunately not.

Any water filled baloons will be met with tasers and ground spikes.
