Visa to the uk for a thai

^if it was the receptionist or the people at this visa centre you might not have needed the stuff anyway. I got two tourist visas for my wife with no problem, but the second time I went some fat receptionist told me I needed all this extra stuff... I'd read the website and told her I didn't, she said if I put in the application it might fail, i told her to put the application in anyway. When I went in to pick up the passport i spoke to one of the embassy guys and he told me that she basically didn't know what she was talking about and the visa was given, no problem.

This was after we had waited and gone up to the counter. It was about a month after it had first opened, I cant remember exactly how long ago. The staff were even more clueless then.

Just remembered. Checklist on the website, downloaded it and got everything. Got to the desk handed it all and with the checklist. "This is an old checklist, the new ones over there" I was fuming "Dont you think it would be a good idea to update the website?" they did it the next day.
