Shifting blame from an uninspired , uninformed population to those that set said curriculum would be a better way to improve their level of education me thinks.
Teach your kids at home Mr Pot's and you might save yourself the boredom of dreary UK winters and a few thousand pounds of airfares..... though it would be a bastard with happy hours going 4 - 9 these days.
