i thought the dabate on iraq was over. its a total mess.

only the most stringent of supporters are the only ones who think that iraq is a success. those same folk like to think of iran as our next military adventure.

i know several folk who either are in iraq now, or have been part of the first wave, and successive waves. their consensus isnt unanimous.

people on the first wave into baghdad say it was worth it and they support what we're doing. most folk i know that are part of the securing the peace part- almost overwhelmingly- they say that this we're wasting our time there.

and that aint no classified stuff. i dont get any operational detail. sometimes its how they say it and what they chose not to talk about that the most revealing.

we need to get out now and prosecute bush for war crimes.
