... Is it that you can't read the article you posted about a banned book that hasn't actually been banned?

    Quit while you're behind Booners.

Your capacity for making an utter tit of yourself is limitless but as your tantrums show you're not inured to being mocked for it.

The last banned book in New Zealand was entitled How to Build a Bazooka. Perhaps the content of Into the River is a bazooka fired into the complacent middle class oligarchy that rules this country.”

Heh...y'all love that Big Government thing, eh?

Record-Setting Hiker Fined $500 For Drinking Champagne Atop Mt. Katahdin.

Scott Jurek broke the fastest time for a through-hike of the Appalachian Trail by a mere three hours, but now has to pay a fine for drinking champagne at the finish line on Mt. Katahdin

"In a spat that would only have happened in a state with as little lawbreaking as Maine, ultramarathoner and Appalachian Trail record breaker Scott Jurek will get just a $500 fine for drinking champagne on top of Mt. Katahdin, and will avoid a number of other citations he received during his summit celebration on Katahdin this past July.

Jurek broke the world record for the quickest Appalachian Trail through-hike, beating Jennifer Pharr Davis' 2011 record by a mere 3 hours and 13 minutes, clocking a total time of 46 days, 8 hours, and 7 minutes over the 2,189-mile trail. Jurek averaged 50 miles a day while covering 515,000 feet of elevation change. This all despite having to wear braces on his legs after knee and quad injuries suffered during the first week, which dashed his hopes for breaking Pharr Davis' record by four days and had him seriously thinking of quitting with just five days left to go, according to Runners' World."

Why do you say that Mexico has a wall on it's southern border, not such a big deal. However I do not support deportation, give the illegals in the U.S. A green card with know possibility for citizen ship, but the U.S. Has got to shut down the flow of illegals across the borders.

I think you left something out about deporting illegals, he actually said bring them back with proper documentation.

Say what? Sounds like something a wing nut blogger dreamed up to stir animosity towards Mexico. There is no wall between Mexico and Guatemala.

Building a wall is a big deal which will take big government money to do. That is, unless one believes The Don's typically self-serving hype that he will make Mexico pay for it. Fat chance.

Even bigger money to deport 11 million people. How much money and how many government employees needed to carry this out?

It's more an injunction than a ban. The book will eventually be released after it receives classification.

Booners has posted multiple articles on it and ironically failed to read and comprehend any of them and meanwhile thinks that science text books should include stuff about sky pixies and man walking with the dinosaurs...

Teen Boy Kissed Girl on a Dare. Now He Faces Assault Charges.

Pikesville Middle School 13-year-old charge with second-degree assault.

A Pikesville, Maryland, 13-year-old will be charged with second-degree assault for kissing a 14-year-old girl on a dare. The "assault" happened at Pikesville Middle School on Friday. Police were called to the scene.

    According to WBFF:

School officials took a report regarding a 13-year-old boy who kissed a 14-year-old girl during school hours. The unwanted kiss was allegedly the result of a dare made by students.

Police confirm that the boy is now facing a second-degree assault charge as a juvenile. No one was injured during the incident, police say, and disciplinary actions related to suspension or expulsion will be handled by the school system.

No one was injured. Is that really surprising?

It's of course true that every 14-year-old has the right not to be kissed. I'm not saying the boy's transgression should go unpunished. What I'm saying is this: he should not be charged with assault. He's 13. Thirteen-year-olds do stupid stuff. They screw up. And when the consequences of their actions are as minor as this, it's better to reprimand them in a manner that does not involve the criminal justice system."

Let's not forget that Booners fake indignation did not stretch to expressing his outrage at the American Christian Nazi-style book burners torching a pile of Harry Potter books.

    He's a hypocrite.

Booners, why do you think that, when assholes deliberately break the law, that they should be let off?

Jurek was accused of bringing alcohol, littering and bringing an oversized group to the summit, all violations of park rules. Considered civil violations under Maine law, each offense carries a fine of up to $1,000. Jurek admitted to drinking from a bottle of champagne atop the mountain as part of the deal.

Penobscot County District Attorney R. Christopher Almy said that the guilty plea came with a fine about $300 greater than a public drinking summons would typically carry under state law in acknowledgement of the “totality of the circumstances” surrounding the July 12 incident.

The circumstances included Jurek’s acknowledging park rules with park officials before breaking them, Almy said.

It's a non-issue. He knows it. NZ is not Thailand we do have freedom of speech though in some cases of the written and pictorial forms it may be age restricted. This is a big 'so what' particularly when it's available on Amazon at a better electronic price than the actual book would be anyway.

The Pedophile's Guide to Love and Pleasure: A Child-Lover's Code of Conduct. Banned by Amazon. A US company. Of course, you would permit it in the name of 'free speech'.

Exactly, storm in a tea cup. Booners was crying about non-Americans discussing U.S. - a country that has banned more books - issues so this lame troll is his response. As per usual however he neglected to actually understand what it was he was cut 'n pasting.

Bet the author is laughing all the way to the bank at all the free publicity.

Nothing in the Western world for 22 years until the Nanny State of Kiwi banned this latest book.
