A friend sent me this video and I thought I would share it with you.
It is about 6 minutes long.
Any comment?

I agree with every word...
The question is, how???

With bayonets, of course!![]()
Very good speaker but what is he actually saying...nothing.
Begbie: I think you're right and he hasn't actually said much, but it's the spirit he spoke with that will hopefully inspire others to wake up. Freedom doesn't come free.
Some republicans are pushing for Cheney to run against Obama and others want Palin, maybe they should look at this guy.
Hey scarey you scummy excuse for a human, I know you revile the concept of freedom but your red was more than compensated by several greens for the same comment.
Now back in yer box!
Therein lies the rub... Those that advocate violent overthrow of the government are branded as right-wings lunatics... Any real threat of this nature would be quickly squashed under the Homeland Security Act and the perps branded as terrorists...
We have seen time and time again that politicians on both sides of the aisle continue to say & do whatever it takes to get elected, then once elected and have their noses firmly planted in the pork barrel, it's business as usual...
Give a man a match, and he'll be warm for a minute, but set him on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.
that's because those that advocate the violent overthrow of the government are (more often than not), right-wing lunatics.Originally Posted by Muadib

struck me as woefully empty rhetoric by a marginally talented motivational speaker.Originally Posted by chitown

i feel safe in saying very few.

and on a somewhat more serious note.....you're advocating that people should consider this guy for president because of a 6 minute youtube clip.
do you know where he stands on any other issues besides what he said in those 6 minutes?

...when abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce [the people] under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security."
Thomas Jefferson
Yeah, we have this thing called democracy, which your hero Bush spouted on about....and went to war over. It supposed to "throw off" governments.
"Absolute despotism". Not sure we've quite got there yet.
So the right wingers here are endorsing a coup? Revolution? Is that correct?
That's serious enough...I would guess by 2012 many Obama voters will be waking up to what the harm this guy and his cohorts have done to the economy and the country, as well as foreign policy. With this in mind it will be no walkover for him, but I have to agree the GOP should gather themselves and play it right for an electable duo, rather than squander this opportunity by banking on Cheney on the strength of a few persuasive noises. Can't say I've ever had faith in a VP, and not sure about Palin, either.

^ They are waking up already, except for the welfare types who keep getting more funding.
Any comments on This video?
Nope, not a Russian missile test but BO's enormous ego, which became simply uncontainable after he was awarded the Nobel Prize.![]()

My thoughts as well . . . why do people get sucked in by empty words . . . well presented, but emptyOriginally Posted by jandajoy

You're smoking something, aren't you?
^ How did you guess...
Although a sentiment that many American's feel today due to the mismanagement of the economy, foreign / domestic policy, collusion, down-right lying to the US populace, it will never happen in this day and age... There's even a law against it, imagine that...
18 U.S.C. § 2385 : US Code - Section 2385: Advocating overthrow of Government

Curses . . . you left out the smiley!

Amazing that hatter keeps spouting opinions against US issues like this when he supports the dictators in Burma.
