anyone have updates on the uk pension scam currently in the human court of rights, strasburgh, the best i can do is 2nd sep and they're still chewing it over then. cheers.

I have started so I will finish ( Magnus Maggnison )

As a fully paid up brit pensioner ( 40 years paying into the system) I am restricted on health care there if I ever went back .

After a bit of research I have found out that If I travelled legally to France and got on a ferry to UK , and, halfway across I threw my passport over the side and landed in Dover speaking Swahili ( which I can ) I would get instant health care , an allowance 3 X my pension + assistance with housing !!!!

WTF is goin on ?

Been here more than a few years and ticking over fairly happily on the meagre pittance that Mrs Betty Windsor sends me every month but when I read about the illegal immigrants benefits I do tend to get a bit cross

panarama did a prog on this and the worse case was briefly -

30 + years in military service, moves to spain, gets heart problems spain will not treat him for free, ends up selling his house to pay of accumulated debts, comes bak to the UK and is refused further treatment on the nhs because he had been out of the country for more than 6 months, happy retirement uh.
