Obama celebrating victory of health care law
You might not be able to appreciate how funny this video is unless you’re a Floridian,……
Here’s Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, a lead plaintiff behind the health care reform case and, in general, one of America’s worst public officials, first hearing that the individual mandate was struck down. Gov. Bat Boy (Rick I'm a Limp Dick Scott) calls for a five-minute break, and everyone is all smiles! And then Bondi gets the real ruling, oops.: Watch Florida’s AG Also Learn of the Wrong Health Care Ruling
Here’s a much more thorough examination of what happens from the Miami New Times:
Bondi whispered to Scott about the news and shows him the iPad. We can’t tell for sure, but it sounds like Bondi says, “They struck it down.” Scott then calls for a five-minute break. Pam Bondi’s mouth turns up in a big smile. Scott then leans over the iPad and discusses it with Bondi. Scott, along with CFO Jeff Atwater, head for the door, but Bondi stays behind. At one points Bondi says something to someone off camera something like, “It’s on CNN’s website.”
Then another man, Bondi’s chief-of-staff Carlos Muniz, bends over the iPad, smacks his hands against the dais, and presumably informs Bondi that indeed the mandate had not been struck down. Bondi asks, “What?”
