Prolly more related to not knowing how to block it.

DTAC (GPRS/Edge) simply loads an empty page.

just out of curiosity? has it been considered that some of these might be admin based blockages on a corporate level being any of these are work computers versus personal? for the obvious purposes of protecting the company from lese majeste or any other type of incrimination?
