^ I wonder how long before it sinks?
Plenty of buyer's remorse here in Shytown. The guy is a loon and will never get elected for a 2nd term. Hope he does not get all the crap he is pushing passed before he is sent down the road!
^ The GOP needs to have a candidate that can win before I'd rule out a second term for BO... Much as with the last several presidential elections, we've been left with a decision between the lesser of two evils...
I have been hearing people say they would take the Bush / Cheney team back if they could!!!![]()

^Are people starting to feel unsafe?
I think if he delivers on health care reform he'll get his second term.
Still way out of touch...

He and his whole team looked like a bunch of weasels toadying up to the Chinese yesterday.

^^^It's unlikely the insurance companies will let it happen.

Whilst they should be deleted, I think the recent posts from the embittered Right stand as mute testament to the utter intellectual vacuum that is the current Republican party. I remember when the GOP was an intellectual as well as political movement.
Those sort of people must look at this and silently scream. Really, besides Birthers, Racists, fundamentalist Xtian whackjobs, Survivalists and Redneck losers, who do the Republicans actually speak for these days?
At least you've got Ron Paul.

Embittered Right? Not true. Intellectual vacuum? Well, the Right has, for instance, Gingridge, the Left has, as a sub-prime example Biden. Wouldn't it be fun to watch the two of them debate? Or how about George Will against anyone the Left could sacrifice (it would be a slaughter - no doubt). Intellectual vacuum? Hopefully the damage caused by the BO 4 year regime will not be too devistating. The Right will bring everything back into balance.
He is a Republican I respect. I still agree with him, on balance, on more issues than I disagree.Originally Posted by venturalaw

Wrong, true. That is who the GOP is selling to now- at least the sections of it that are making the noise. It has become a populist, blue collar, anti-intellectual party.Embittered Right? Not true

Sorry, SB, totally disagree with you. Before, I agree, we were both partisan on issues and the election. But now, I am seriously terrified at what Obama is trying to do to the US. Ramming billion/trillion dollar bills through Congress, allowing Pelosi/Reid/Frank to make policy, Obama micro-managing as exemplified with the Gates/Crowley issue. He wants control of the whole country and every niche of the economy. And now more nepotism with Rahm's brother appointed to another industry. Wake up!

2 people destroying nature, one constructing something.

^ Yep, constructing chaos.
well this is an interesting turn of events.....just a few short weeks ago jet was repeatedly posting that obama was pelosi's stooge.Originally Posted by Jet Gorgon
