I've got very mixed feelings about this, when it comes to sports, yes, women should be biological women. Otherwise, self-identified gender can help some people and doesn't harm anyone else, so why not!

Male prisoners shouldn't be put in female prisons. Many females won't want trannies in their changing rooms and washrooms.

I also agree with this. Nowadays, there are a lot of ladyboys/ gay men (in PH) who are female presenting. I haven't been in a washroom with one of them - I don't know how I'd feel if I was primping up in a mall loo with one.

They still retain their male (birth) names though, since name change in PH is a long & pricey process (have to go to court).

If you are in favour of women having their own change room spaces and sporting competitions then we need a rules-based definition of 'woman', which is what the executive order is.

The UK supreme court has since followed suit with a similar UK legal definition of 'woman', which has been broadly welcomed.
