Most Arabs do hate the Palestinians, and for good reason. The Jordanians allowed the Palestinians into the country and were repaid with a coup attempt against their king, after which they promptly kicked the Palestinians out of their country and closed the border. Egypt locked the border and built a massive wall to keep them out due to worries of terroristic attacks inside of Egypt.
