No mention of war crimes, Bucha massacre of unarmed old ladies nor the abducted children?

I hope you are well rewarded for parroting such propganda, surely no one but a bot would spew such drivel voluntarly?

Tragic the Russian people are prisoner of this evil, sending the slow to the meat grinder and some of there more able to prison, exile or on the run to Pattaya Phuket or Georgia.

    Thank you for your replies.

As others have posted previously elsewhere, there are differing accounts.

You post your reported account, as is your right. Allow others similarly, the same right.

It's true some do make a living reporting on world news. Luckily many reports are available freely. Personally, nobody pays me by the word count.

The recent reselection of President Putin suggests otherwise. Some individuals, rightly proven by a selection of citizens in a court of law, are imprisoned.

Russian citizens, accept the Russian President, are able to travel worldwide, as you have identified with your Thailand example.

Unless other countries have ban them. Which I am unaware of. Do you have any examples to share with us?

So there are differing accounts on Bucha? If I remember was it Snubby who posted satellite pictures of before and after russian occupation of Bucha? Didn't a Russian soldier admit to killing an old man on a bicycle in Bucha by just taking a pot shot and admit many of his fellow soldiers took shots at numerous civilians killing many of them?
OhOh, Please reprint the proof and the independent source of those differing opinions you speak of and let us see which is the most likely truthful version of events... I'll wait, no hurry.

If you have knowledge of "the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth" news sources, then do share.

    You haven't

News sources are a continuum, some more biased then others.

    Then you have propaganda.

Shame you cannot tell the difference.

Exactly what is it you do not understand ?

A news editor who tells his reporters what to ask, what not to ask, what to show, how to edit it up, what time of night to "drown" it, which statistics to broadcast and which questions to ask due to reach the right conclusion.

    And why not ?

The media are owned/controlled by folks who aren't interested in the truth, but maintaining the control they already have.

I think the view from Russia might be a little angry this morning.

Group of Seven leaders will announce moves to deliver fresh aid to Ukraine based on the value of frozen Russian financial assets this week, the U.S. stated.
The development indicates that leaders have all but agreed on a political deal to announce a loan of roughly $50 billion, financed by a complex pact to offer Ukraine further financial assistance guaranteed by proceeds from the assets.
"We will announce new steps to unlock the value of the immobilized Russian sovereign assets to benefit Ukraine and help them recover,” John Kirby, a spokesperson for U.S. President Joe Biden’s National Security Council, said on Tuesday.

Russia and North Korea agree on mutual aid against aggression - Putin

Pyongyang has the right to defend its sovereignty against the US, the Russian leader has said.

"Moscow and Pyongyang have pledged to assist each other against foreign aggression, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on Wednesday during a visit to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

Putin and his North Korean counterpart, Kim Jong-un, signed a strategic partnership which will serve as a roadmap for future cooperation in all spheres, from cultural and tourist ties, to trade, economic relations and security, the Russian leader has said, calling it “truly a breakthrough.”

“The document on comprehensive partnership that we have signed today provides, among other things, for mutual aid in case of aggression against one of the participants,” the president added.

Moscow supports Pyongyang’s intention to protect its security and sovereignty from possible Western aggression, which is its right, Putin said. The country considers the US and its allies responsible for the increasing tensions in the region, he added.

“Overused Western propaganda tropes can no longer hide their aggressive geopolitical intentions, including in Northwestern Asia,” Putin said.

Putin noted that Western nations were supplying advanced weapons to Ukraine and have given Kiev the green light to strike Russia. Under these circumstances, “Russia does not rule out the development of military cooperation with the DPRK under the document signed today.”

The visiting head of state denounced the “indefinite restrictions regime” imposed on North Korea by the UN Security Council, which includes an arms embargo, as “orchestrated by the US” and urged for it to be revised.

The Russian president had previously warned the West over Kiev’s desire to use donated weapons to conduct attacks deep inside Russia. Should that happen, Moscow could send similar types of weapons to enemies of the West, which could use them to strike the military assets of the US and its allies, he said earlier this month.

Pyongyang has an “objective and balanced” stance on the Ukraine conflict and sees its core causes, which proves North Korea’s independence and sovereignty, Putin said. The two nations are also on the same page in supporting “a more just and democratic multipolar world” that should replace the previous Western-centric system.

”We will continue to oppose the imposition of strangling sanctions, which the West has turned into a tool of maintaining its hegemony in politics, the economy and other areas,” the president vowed.

Recalling the lengthy record of Russian cooperation with North Korea, Putin noted the role that the Soviet Union played in the fight against Imperial Japan during the Second World War and the reconstruction efforts following the Korean civil war, which split the Korean Peninsula between two rivals. Moscow was the party with which Pyongyang signed its first international agreement 75 years ago, he added."

Putin arrives in Vietnam after historic visit to North Korea

The Russian president will meet with the country’s leadership to discuss cooperation in trade, economic relations, and various other fields

"Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived in Hanoi, Vietnam, beginning his two-day visit to the South Asian nation. The trip is part of Putin’s Asian tour, and immediately follows his historic visit to North Korea.

The Russian leader is set to meet his Vietnamese counterpart To Lam, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, General Secretary of the Communist Party Nguyen Phu Trong and other top officials.

The talks will encompass various aspects of the ties between the two nations, including their economic partnership, trade, scientific and technical cooperation, as well as other topics. The top officials are also expected to discuss approaches to global issues.

According to the Russian president, more than half of all transactions between Russia and Vietnam are now carried out in the respective countries’ currencies, bypassing the US dollar and euro.

Putin made the remarks in an article for the official newspaper of the Communist Party of Vietnam ahead of his visit to the Southeast Asian country. The article was published on the Kremlin website on Wednesday.

The two countries are taking serious steps to enhance bilateral trade and promoting investment, particularly in the Russian ruble and the Vietnamese dong, Putin noted.

“Such transactions accounted for more than 40% of bilateral trade last year, and in the first quarter of this year their share rose to almost 60%,” Putin said, adding this was in line with the global trend towards phasing out the use of “widely discredited currencies” in international trade and investment.

Citing official statistics, Russia’s president said that bilateral trade rose 8% in 2023 and continues to grow. The energy sector remains a strategically important area of bilateral cooperation, he added.

The Vietnam trip comes immediately after Putin’s state visit to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, where he was hosted by the country’s leader Kim Jong-un. The two leaders signed a comprehensive new partnership treaty between the two nations, pledging to strengthen cooperation in all areas and to defend each other from a potential foreign attack."
