Yes I choose to live in Bali as I have explained to you before, unless you wish to repeat your erroneous lie that my location is subject to any authority other than you. To keep this thread resolutely off topic, which is a boring subject, the other thing that is absurdly busy in UK is the NHS. My grandaughter started school this autumn. She still has not been registered with a dental practice because none locally is open to new patients, she has been wait-listed for over two years. My ex-wife travels from Shropshire back to Essex to see the dentist where we used to live because she cannot register in Shropshire. My grandaughter has never seen a doctor, she suffers from eczema every winter and of course Covid made things difficult but I was there when my daughter was trying to arrange an appointment and was refused. Point blank. Apparently A&E is the only option. Bizarre.
Nail bars are the purlieu of the Vietnamese immigrants. It just happened that way, but black Brits love flamboyant nails and so demand is there. Money laundering is better served elsewhere, particularly restaurants, clubs, and money service businesses.

The collapse of the GP service nationwide is owed primarily to the Tory reduction in tax free pension building thresholds which essentially made it pointless for thousands of GPs to work full time. The cumulative effect of this since 2016 has been a continuous conversion to part time hours for most practices and after 2020 this peaked in early retirements for many. The current disaster is the consequence of that.

Dentists are by nature a greedy, rapacious breed. Increasingly, NHS care was undermined by the massive defrauding undertaken by dentists up and down the country. The government overhauled the system and tiered work into bands that ring fenced charges. The response by the profession was to quit NHS work entirely and work exclusively in the private sector. The corporate chains moved in and bought out hundreds of independent practitioners and in the end the pricing structure became exorbitantly high and fixed by cartels. There are very few NHS dental practitioners left in private practice. I think some take on children for NHS work. Essentially, dental health is not covered by the NHS in any meaningful sense and follows the American way.

That is why you cannot get an appointment to see your GP and why you must pay handsomely for dental work.

But in terms of hospital care, the NHS has been undermined by thirteen years of Tory mismanagement and under funding.

Are you under some sort of medical supervision? Your increasingly weird comments are more disjointed than usual. Alcoholism does accelerate presenile dementia.

You are going out on a high this year, disclosures such as:

    * You failed at playing second fiddle to a low rent drug dealer

    * your dad set up Bletchley

    * you finally admitted to being a Pikey terrorist sympathiser

    * your Dad was a big noise in the Navy, you'll have to show us his Times Obit

    * Your Dad never got over the failure you became, the mental picture of that disappointed look he gave you forever burned in your memory

    * Your career highs of having said hello in passing to some long forgotten civil servants

Also tsuch salons can be set up as money exchanges drops offs, dead drops, mny are in cheap backstreets in lock ups railway arches etc.It would cost a lot more to front a "long shop" on prime real estate with large premises stock and Brtish staff.

All you need is an illegal immigrant lass who is not color blind who can paint 5 nails between handjobs, who pockets all the cash from this "front biz" a sign and a grands worth of stock, minicabs,Covent GArden rickhaws hot dogs, sheisha and ice cream palours and vans same game. Having local distro places for NO2 coke , dope H and MDMA is no different biz model to 7-11 local outlet low or no paid staff open all hours

Cyril, his alcoholism is clearly worsening and eating further into those frazzled synapses.

It’s always the same with these blue collar drag ups. When they’re not digging holes, time weighs heavily and the bottle becomes the default choice.

Pitiful really but there it is. I pretty much ignore him now but funnily enough I think he’s got a crush on me and traipses around the board hanging on to my every word.

I think he’d love to lick my anus clean.

Support for Israel comes at a cost to Biden: American Muslims like Adam are unhappy

In the last election, many Muslims in the United States voted for Biden. But U.S. support for Israel has changed the mood.

The Detroit suburb of Dearborn is usually known for housing the headquarters of American giant Ford and their large car factory.

But over the years, Dearborn has also become home to many Americans of Arab background. Both Christians and Muslims. Along the streets there are Arab supermarkets, cafes, as well as shops selling hijabs.

Normally, the two things together would make it a secure democratic stronghold. But for activist Adam Abusalah and many of the area's residents of Arab background, support for Biden has fallen sharply.

"We voted for Joe Biden in 2020 because we thought he would listen to us. He has not done so, he told DR, which met him at a protest meeting in the city.

    Support costs votes

The reason is US support for Israel during the current war against Hamas. Joe Biden's administration has supported Israel since the war broke out on May 7.

Nearly two months later, many American Arabs in the United States are angry about support for Israel.

Among others, Adam Abusalah, who helped organize the protest meeting in the city. He himself volunteered for Joe Biden's 2020 campaign and is particularly unhappy with the heavy cost the war has had on civilians.

"Over 67 percent of those killed in the war are women and children. Are they the ones they are defending themselves against?" said Adam Abusalah.

The city's Arab minority newspaper, The Arab American News, also reports declining support for Joe Biden. Editor-in-chief Osama Sablani says it very bluntly.

Osama Sablani is also not enthusiastic about U.S. support for Israel. (Photo: © (C) DR)
"We're not voting for Joe Biden.

    Losing important voices

The problem for Joe Biden is not diminished by the fact that the state of Michigan, where Dearborn is located, is a swing state.

But Joe Biden is not only being pressured by angry Americans of Muslim and Arab background. The left and many young people also find it difficult to see themselves in American support for Israel.

"The Democrats think we're forgetting and don't care," said Lexis Zeidan, a student attending the protest rally.

And that young people like Lexis Zeidan feel that way is a problem for Joe Biden, says our US correspondent Philip Khokhar.

Joe Biden has the support of young people like Lexis Zeidan if he wants to continue as president, according to Philip Khokhar. (Photo: © (C) DR)

They already think 81-year-old Biden is too old to run for re-election. So there isn't a lot of commitment for his candidacy among younger Democratic voters.

Trump is silent — and it works

Something else that pushes Joe Biden is the opponent on the other side. The polls indicate that Donald Trump will be the Republican nominee.

During the war, Donald Trump has been quiet and has not made his mark. Trump was otherwise a strong supporter of Israel and Benjamin Netanyahu during his presidency.

Trump even controversially recognized Jerusalem as Israel's capital.

And there is good reason why Trump has been hiding, according to Philip Khokhar. Trump simply doesn't need to make a mark.

"Polls are in his favor. He's gaining ground and leading in a lot of the important swing states. So right now, Biden can't afford to lose voters on the left.

Lexis Zeidan personally is not upset that her lack of support for Joe Biden could send Donald Trump back into the White House.

And Biden needs to change that if he is to continue as president.

"He has to make a connection if he is to win next year," Khokhar said.

Fuck them. If they do not vote for Biden then they will have to deal with the cheeto in chief who will stop muslim immigration and deport most of them. Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face.

There is going to be a major backlash against these clowns in America, the people are tired of the protests and antisemitism.

What kind of backlash snubbie? A clampdown on freedom of speech and the right to protest? Not very American, that.

Don't forget who's supporters carried tiki torches and chanted "Jews will not replace us" a few years ago.

    so

one is likely suffering dementia and it is touch and go if he'll see the next tour out, cark it on the steps of Wankforce one or live long enough to stop his criminal offspring getting sent down.

the other will still be embroiled in the USeless litigation system which is able to send citizens to prison for 3 unpaid parking tickets but seem singularly incapable of holding a corrupt orange dyed cvnt who has chosen to violate most of the key tenets of the presidential office to prison.

its actually difficult to think of a bananna republic who's candidates are less qualified
