Well folks, Hanoi Jane is back in the news again. Like a bad penny, she keeps turning up no matter how hard we try to forget her:

It appears she has again run afoul of the law:
According to documents first unveiled by The Smoking Gun, the Fonda Foundation – of which the 75-year-old actress serves as president and chairman of the board – hasn’t donated a dime to charity over the last five years, according to its filed federal tax returns.
The last year her foundation donated money was 2006: “one single $1,000 donation to the Atlanta Obstetric and Gynecology Society.” Just guessing they specialize in abortions, eh?

The IRS requires that private foundations donate at least 5% of their assets annually. But that notoriously politicized agency is most likely too busy putting screws to conservatives to follow up on a fellow traveler like Ms Fonda.

Raising more eyebrows is the alleged notion that the group has attempted to grow its financial value through the stock market, as evidenced by the 2011 filing, which lists 166 separate trades totaling around $2200.

These Limousine Leninists never seem to learn...
