I agree with Russell that is a silly question if they don’t agree the government will do as they do with doctors who refuse to accept the reduced payments from Medicare and the VA,don’t do business from them.
That does not work because if a doctor does not lower his fee you can go to another doctor, but if a pharmaceutical company does not lower its prices you cant go to another for a drug they hold the patent .
