There was an Australian comedy charatcer, a little girl called Kylie Mole, maybe 20 or 30 years ago, and she did a skit where she was showing off her doll. "This is Dolly's bum, and this is Dolly's front bum" (picture the old fashoined plastic dolls). I daresay this was the origination of the term, although it is so obvious that the term may have sprung up independantly all over and prior.

As to the OP..FFS, you have a vagina that you were born with or you don't. The next step will be to rename the "female" hormones. Oestrogen becomes neutrogen because people who have a vagina and oestrogen don't want to feel like a natural woman (tip to Aretha, RIP) so now have front holes and plain hormones (that men just don't happen to have).
