God, is there any end to your lumpen ignorance, you knuckle dragging shovel merchant.

The associate member states elected representatives to vote on issues relating to the principles of the union as they affected its socio-economic development. In order to implement their decisions they required an executive framework to advise them on promulgation, management, funding and oversight. It’s called in most civilised democracies a civil service and is an administrative function, not a representative parliamentary body, and therefore its staffing is not appointed through any electoral process. Civil servants are not elected, you gormless pillock, they’re recruited. The EU’s commission is its fucking civil service.

Now, I know you are a poorly educated oaf so I’ll take this next bit slowly. The administration required to implement EU policy, by its very nature involving twenty seven independent states, is a complex and demanding process and in order to achieve this effectively its personnel are generally of a higher standard than those engaged in similar work in their own countries. Also, the work carried out by the EU functionaries often overlaps that which would be required in member states if the EU commission did not exist. This means in practice that the burden of local civil services is correspondingly lightened.

A case in point. The UK’s contribution to the EU commission was well regarded and together with their EU counterparts they dealt effectively and efficiently with the myriad demands of a complex and sophisticated socio-economic association. The result was that in the UK before the Brexit referendum the UK civil service totalled around 350,000 personnel. Now, after Brexit, it has risen to over 430,000.
It really is quite depressing that despite free secondary education since 1944 many English remain thick as shit as clearly evidenced by the Brexit vote, a decision uninformed by any facts or intelligence but was rooted in stupidity, ignorance and crass propaganda convincing to only the naive and credulous.

Now get back to your ditch digging, you silly oik.

^The EU commission is made up of failed politicians. It is not a civil service equivalent, but the hierarchy in the EU pushes political ambitions much further than the socio economic agenda than you suggest.

As a failed UK civil servant you should recognize this. Perhaps the EU follows a political path that you find more to your likening?

Civil service minions in the UK are legally obliged to not show any political bias - officially.

For someone who sits on the fence all your rhetoric goes squarely against the EU, like this nice Brexit-like lie. Keep it up, maybe someone will believe that you have no opinion either way.

It’s pointless, PH, they’re impervious to facts and truth when their shibboleths are threatened.

Chas is one of life’s noncommissioned officers stunted by his innate stupidity and shackled by ignorance. He is the mortar that binds England’s lower end addicted to their bigotry and prejudices.

Brexit is a success to them, freed from the dark evil that lurks within the Continent and now at liberty to wave their shrunken union jack at the world which he thinks will beat a path to Engerlandia because “ it’s British, innit”.

Still, I’m sure he is content as he celebrates his second adolescence leering at the bikini clad occidentals disporting themselves on the beach in Kuta in between his boozing sessions with his fellow slack jawed, rheumy eyed, drooling old lechers.

Are you suggesting that the current leader ( Ursula) is not a failed German politician? Instead of bullshitting your own oft repeated opinion, try answering the question. That would be so invigorating, and different.

What a surprise . . . not. As usual, just words and more words meant to obfuscate the idiocy of Brexit and lack of any forethought and planning.

Let's look at a paragon of Brexiteers, a rational voice of the teeming masses that wanted to escape the guillotine that is Brexit . . . despite happily being a Euro MP (along with fellow halfwit Farage) . . . and stating that 'Brexit is akin to the emancipation of slaves'. She's making as much sense as our Brexiteers here:

Ah yes, this is the harlot who tells Brits:

Families should go without cheese sandwiches if they cannot afford the ingredients, Ann Widdecombe has said. The former Brexit party MEP said there was no “given right” for low food prices, despite being told families “cannot afford to feed their children” and were having to make huge sacrifices as the cost of living crisis deepens.

    What a sweetheart.

    Now, let's chat about her pension(s) . . . nah.

Yet she has been an elected official for a very long time, both in the Uk and for Europe. She is so cringeworthy . . . she turned her back on the playing of the European anthem before session. I'd always wondered why they even bothered going to Brussels as their only mission was to undermine everything they could.

I doubt she looks at Teakdoor, perhaps you could take a more direct approach to voice your contempt with her and start a dialogue with her on Twitter.

I think she may well be still a virgin. She has admitted to having had one romance with a boy back in her varsity days but it failed to strike a chord sufficient to let human relationships distract from her career.
Dogmatic to the nth degree. She was a natural partner for Rees-Mogg.

You're either pissed as a newt again or you've simply crept back into your shell of a five-year old. Anyway, thanks for the suggestions, surely you'll keep that in mind the next time you comment on someone. (Fancy her, do you? You'd suit one another, strglishit)

Oh dear, look i'm merely trying to help you out. I know you like to stalk people and feed the obsession you have with people you don't like and you'll get more out of it if you take the direct approach with Anne - i'd not suggest using your strapline "Walks Her Bitches" she won't know what the fuk you're on about.

Could be that they did want to undermine the EU, and..

Being a bit extreme might have been the safest bet for a reelection.

On the other hand you have the ones who are so EU horny, that they'll applaud everything.

I actually don't know anyone like that. A healthy dose of scepticism is the norm, I'd say.
