Are there forum rules that say one must provide a link? Who's the lazy one?
I even typed it into LMGTFY and it still works.
Please save the profanity for those TEFL tit-for-tat topics.

So all the sales of more economical cars, hybrid and electric have done fook all then!
Seems there may be no correlation between atmospheric CO2 content and the planet's temperature?
..and that 400 ppm might actually be low.
I disagree. If posting is aimed at fermenting discussion rather than winning a point does it really matter?
As I am not a climate scientist I can only post facts from others that in theory may know better than me.
The fact the content has risen to 400 ppm may actually mean nothing. (my opinion so no link)
You should never allow yourself to be held back merely by not knowing anything at all about anything.
How can you tell without a scale?
And no mention of other factors at work.
Did you mention coral reefs in your post? No you didn't secondly coral reefs are not "dead" as you claim. Otherwise the GBR would not be dying. Hello. SMH
Do you have evidence to back a claim like that? No you don't because these vehicles have not been around long enough.Originally Posted by Jesus Jones

This clown has been exposed on the climate change thread countless times as buffoon. Idiots like you keep drinking his koolaid.
Then there are the underground coal fires. Read this from the Smithsonian and this from Discover Magazine . In fact, in the late 1990s Discover Magazine contained a piece on one - just one - underground coal fire in China that produced as much CO2 each year as all the cars in the US did. (all a quote from the interweb)
Lots of stuff on the interweb about underground coal fires that all the solar, wind, wave energy stock market padding obfuscation won't solve.
Then there are forest fires and bush fires. Again lots of info on that as well.
I notice that on cloudy days here in Bangkok the local temperature is markedly lower so just maybe the cause of any extra temperature on the planet is caused by that large burning star "next door"

CO2 is increasing is increasing but it's a good thing.Plants love CO2. They must be jumping for joy.
Climate change isn't happening. The term global warming was a bust, climate change is not really going so well so now they are all about CO2 levels. Amazing how quickly the greedy latch onto a millennium bug like situation to fleece the masses.
CO2 may or may not be increasing and it may or may not have an affect on global temperatures, which may or may not be increasing.Seems there may be no correlation between atmospheric CO2 content and the planet's temperature?
CO2 is increasing (maybe) but it's caused by people, not burning fossil fuels.Primary cause of CO2? Too many people on the planet!
Burning fossil fuels is a problem after all but apparently only when it's burnt by accident, not by people.Lots of stuff on the interweb about underground coal fires that all the solar, wind, wave energy stock market padding obfuscation won't solve.
You really are a fucking idiot, aren't you. You can't even make up your mind what flavour of bullshit you're going to regurgitate from one post to the next. Here's a suggestion: instead of boring the 5 remaining members of this forum by replaying ridiculous arguments which were lost decades ago, why not go and read about the subject (and not wattsupwiththat or some other steaming pile of dogturd - try realclimate, which is actually written and reviewed by, you know, actual climate scientists). That way, you might not make quite such a fucking spectacle of yourself in future.

Soot particles from coal fires form the nucleus that clouds form on.Originally Posted by VocalNeal

if plants cannot use it why do they pump it into commercial greenhouses at such high levels of 1000ppm?
Carbon Dioxide In GreenhousesFor the majority of greenhouse crops, net photosynthesis increases as CO2 levels increase from 340–1,000 ppm (parts per million). Most crops show that for any given level of photosynthetically active radiation (PAR), increasing the CO2 level to 1,000 ppm will increase the photosynthesis by about 50% over ambient CO2 levels.
or educate yourself, google the subject
