Yeah if by observer you mean drooling retards hoping for a miracle. ahhh...ok thanks for the answer. In regard to that, I think the old school vaxx like I got when I was a kid were fine. All the new ones around are another way for big pharma to shear the sheep. Seems this recount bidness is a very tetchy subject. Now the Green Party(or at least one of them) is supposedly throwing Jill Stein under the bus. Don't want nothing to do with her recount effort.
Greens Speak Out on Recount and Our Commitment to an Independent Party - Flowers for Senate
There are significant electoral reforms needed to make elections more democratic and more representative of the people. While we support electoral reforms, including how the vote is counted, we do not support the current recount being undertaken by Jill Stein.
The decision to pursue a recount was not made in a democratic or a strategic way, nor did it respect the established decision making processes and structures of the Green Party of the United States (GPUS). The recount has created confusion about the relationship between the Green and Democratic parties because the states chosen for the recount are only states in which Hillary Clinton lost. There were close races in other states such as New Hampshire and Minnesota where Clinton won, but which were not part of the recount. And this recount does not address the disenfranchisement of voters; it recounts votes that were already counted rather than restoring the suffrage of voters who were prevented from voting.
As a candidate, Dr. Stein has the right to call for a recount. However, we urge the GPUS to distance itself from any appearance of support for either Democrats or Republicans. We are well aware of the undemocratic actions taken during the primaries by the DNC and the Clinton campaign. Greens cannot be perceived to be allied with such a party.
A bit like the condemned demanding to see the blank round in the firing squad.
We have compulsory voting so at least we don't end up with someone who won 50% of 50%. Still doesn't stop us getting a load of self serving unrepresentative retards and a disproportionate amount of ex lawyers.
Maybe the kiwis can enlighten us on their voting system and if it works any better across the dutch.
You don't really function very well without having a real focus for your poison. Clinton is happily taking walks and playing with her grandchild. She is not going to be president. She is not going to win a re-count. Nobody actually believes that she will. Yet you keep dragging her corpse out for anal sex. Get a life or focus on the real problem - Donald Trump. He has become a laughing stock with his 3am tweets whining and complaining about millions of illegal votes for Clinton.Originally Posted by longway

GEMS Tabulation Database Design Issues in Relation to Voting Systems Certification Standards
http://static.usenix.org/event/evt07.../ryan/ryan.pdf
Inside a U.S. Election Vote Counting ProgramAbstract
This paper analyzes the Diebold Election Systems, Inc. election management software (GEMS) using
publicly accessible postings of GEMS election databases. It finds that the GEMS architecture fails to
conform to fundamental database design principles and software industry standards for ensuring accurate data.
Thus, in election tabulations, aspects of the GEMS design can lead to, or fail to protect against, erroneous reporting of election results.
Further, GEMS’s dependence on Microsoft’s JET technology introduces additional risks to data accuracy and security.
Despite these technical and systemic deficiencies, GEMS received approval as complying with Federal
Voting System 2002 standards. Questions then arise concerning the adequacy of the 2002 and 2005
regulatory standards. The paper concludes that the standards structurally encourage and reward election
system vendors for using less exacting database design standards.
US Election Shocker: Is This How The Vote Will Be Rigged?
“GEMS vote-counting systems are and have been operated under five trade names: Global Election Systems, Diebold Election Systems, Premier Election Systems, Dominion Voting Systems, and Election Systems & Software, in addition to a number of private regional subcontractors. At the time of this writing, this system is used statewide in Alaska, Connecticut, Georgia, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Utah and Vermont, and for counties in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming. It is also used in Canada.”

No - the important date is December 19th. That's when the electoral college votes have to be in. So, funnily enough, Donald Trump still isn't confirmed as President. Theoretically, he could still be rejected as unsuitable. This is very unlikely to happen.Less than 3 weeks after the vote, and almost two months ahead of January 20, is too far down the road?
Totally unlikely, just like a state flipping after one of these re-counts.Originally Posted by JayZee

The last I heard on the Wisconsin recount is trumps vote is up bye 126.
News is now out on Michigan and 2 huge detroit counties that Hillary won overwhelmingly in wayne and another seem to have huge vote discrepancies. There seem to of been 30% more votes counted and sent in then actually voted in those counties. And this means trumps majority in Michigan would actually be much larger. And this corruption for the dems is probably what trump was referring to.
Lessig: 20 Trump electors could flip - POLITICO
more at the link...Larry Lessig, a Harvard University constitutional law professor who made a brief run for the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination, claimed Tuesday that 20 Republican members of the Electoral College are considering voting against Donald Trump, a figure that would put anti-Trump activists more than halfway toward stalling Trump’s election.
Lessig’s anti-Trump group, “Electors Trust,” has been offering pro bono legal counsel to Republican presidential electors considering ditching Trump and has been acting as a clearinghouse for electors to privately communicate their intentions.
