I got to thinking of most of the posters here are anti American and Trump is just a catchall for nameless and irrational hatred. Trump has not personally effected me at all. I still get my pension and my VA disability and the government covers my medical bills here in Thailand. I have enough money, a young wife, best friend rescued soi dog, French cheese, great pizza (make my own). Trump has done nothing bad to me. Obama did nothing bad to me. I was wondering maybe I have misjudged you all. Maybe Trump has really done something bad to you. Could you set me straight and tell me something Trump has done that has negatively effected you personally? I know all the anti American sentiment but besides that. What has the man done to you? Or am I correct. It's not Trump just a conduit for bunch of prejudice that has no other outlet.

I don't care about image or philosophy. To me it is personal. A number of Presidents conspired to enter the USA into an illegal war with Vietnam and drafted me and tried to kill me. I dislike each and every one of them for trying to kill me. I did nothing to them. Jimmy Carter wrecked the US economy and caused me lose a business by allowing 18% interest rates. Automobile prices increased 72%. New house prices went up 67%. In 1979 alone, gasoline prices increased 60%. The inflation rate went from 6.8% in 1977, to 7.6% in 1978, to 11.5% in 1979, to 12.4% in 1980. LBJ tried to have me shot and Carter tried to kill me economically. Bush started another illegal war against the wrong people and almost killed one of my children.

This is reality for the average American. So far Trump has been fine. You guys are worried about "Face" What? Are you Thai?
