Trump to take breather from White House, hold rally this weekend - POLITICO
A political rally when his presidency is in a shambles? And the taxpayer foots the bill for this? A national embarrassment.
No doubt while back in Florida (seems like he's always there) he will be able to squeeze in a couple rounds of golf.

^Dumbert, you might not realize this, but golf is where the big business takes place...
Even O'Bungler knows this!
When is any president making appearances NOT a rally?Originally Posted by Humbert

Would you have felt better if it was some LGBT people being paraded around & used as props? Maybe some illegal Mexican families being "ripped from their homes" in the US and being deported, used as props to attempt to guilt people?
Rather see aircraft myself.
I guess these distinctions escape hard core Trumpites.Originally Posted by Slick
You misunderstood the story. The Boeing event was first in Charleston. The rally in Florida is, well, a political rally. Usually only held during campaigns. Again, who is paying?Originally Posted by Slick

A Rally, wow that should provide a new Thread to discuss how many numbers attended.
Who's paying? Welfare man, only the brothers have time to rally, other folks are at work.
Welfare paying.
Dunno it didn't say in your link - who is paying?Originally Posted by Humbert
Probably a solid. A lot safer with this guy being the NSA than that douche canoe Flynn.
Trump reportedly offered Michael Flynn's job to a retired admiral, who told Trump he needed to 'think it over' - Business Insider
"President Donald Trump offered the job of national security adviser to Robert Harward on Monday night, but, to Trump's surprise, the retired admiral told him he'd need a few days to "think it over," according to a report published Wednesday from Tom Ricks at Foreign Policy.
Two White House officials confirmed to The Washington Post that Harward was at the top of Trump's three-person short list to replace Michael Flynn, who abruptly resigned from the role after it became public that he had discussed sanctions with Russia's ambassador to the US before Trump's inauguration. Flynn reportedly urged the ambassador, Sergey Kislyak, not to overreact to the latest round of sanctions imposed by the Obama administration, indicating that incoming administration might be more inclined to roll them back.
Harward, a former Navy SEAL commander who rose to deputy commander of US Central Command before retiring in 2013, would most likely bring in his own staff for a "housecleaning" of the National Security Council, according to Ricks.
If he accepts the role, Harward would be a close ally of Defense Secretary Jim Mattis, whom he served under at Central Command. He also has NSC experience, having served on the council during the George W. Bush administration".

"Harward was born into a Navy family in Newport, Rhode Island. During his teenaged years, Harward's father was advising the pre-revolutionary Iranian military and the family lived in a Tehran neighborhood. Harward played sports against Iranian basketball and football teams, was popular with his classmates and became familiar with the people and culture of Iran.[3] Harward graduated from Tehran American School in 1974. He speaks Persian.[4]
He graduated from the Naval Academy Preparatory School in Newport, and was awarded a fleet appointment to the United States Naval Academy and graduated in 1979.
Harward is also a graduate of the College of Naval Command and Staff, the Naval Staff College and the Armed Forces Staff College. He holds a master's degree in International Relations and Strategic Security Affairs, served as a federal executive fellow at RAND and is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Foreign Policy program".[5]

How do you know it was classified information? Felony only applies in that case.Originally Posted by longway

My my the hypocrisy.
So here's how it goes then. We know Flynn lied. We don't know what he was covering up, and obviously the only way to find that out is with a proper, independent investigation.
Will Comey do a proper investigation? Hard to believe given his past form.
Will Sessions recuse himself from overseeing and interfering with an investigation into his own administration? No. Serious conflict of interest right there.
Will Nunes order a detailed investigation into the actions of the Trump campaign and subsequent transition team, since he is head of the House Intelligence Committee? He was part of it, so no. Serious conflict of interest right there.
The chairman of the House Oversight Committee says "it has taken care of itself" with Flynn's resignation. Serious conflict of interest right there.
No, what they want is to go after whoever leaked Flynn's probable felony, making it easier to commit other felonies in future without fear of exposure.
This stinks worse than Watergate and the implications are far more serious.
The little trumpkins, of course, are too stupid to see it.
I didn't see anyone upset about the leaks, rather the fact that the Russian government was the one doing the leaking.
The leaks weren't even significant, simply embarrassing, and they certainly didn't expose any crime.
I suppose that distinction managed to avoid contact with those two functioning brain cells of yours.
Another one bites the dust..

Turns out his scumbag was a wife beater who had an illegal immigrant as a housekeeper. What epic hypocrisy.
Incompetence reigns. And when it reigns, it pours! Glad to see John Schindler on the task as his kind of help will expose what the real story is.
Meanwhile HR861 slides in the back door.
I was going to say the trumpkins might notice this when they grow a third ear, but with all the existing genetic mutations it might go unnoticed.
Even taking it as a given that the 'news' is either slanted heavily for, or against, Trump, it is hard to imagine how this absolutely dysfunctional mess of an administration can last for long.
As an aside, I just read that Trump had offered Admiral Harward the NSA job. Harward, according to the article, said "I'll get back to you in a few days." I like Harward already - more if he turns it down.
^ It would be a pretty safe bet, every new administration has a few growing pains.
Recall "fast and furious" fiasco.

And who might have leaked this to Breitbart?
^Got you there, you naughty little partisan hack you.
That's just flat-out dead to right hypocrisy. All the dancing bananas in the world ain't gonna change that
