He just keeps repeating himself. This thread has really ran its course and devolved into idiocy. These lemmings just sugarcoat anything that comes out of the orange pariahs mouth. Fuck the constitution, fuck whats good for the country. The only news source they trust is controlled by the white house and was never really news at all.

It's not deflection, it's highlighting how absurd your statements are at times.....

And once again we have the all inclusive, tolerant liberal complaining about a non-American liberal posting an opposing opinion on a Thai based forum catering to expats from a dozen or more nations. Only supporting opinions from American nationals are allowed on Teakdoor........what an incredibly stupid thing to say..

^^ Your posts are utter trash anymore and are never addressing the points that others are making. You just revert back to spouting the same bullshit about how Drumpf wasn't supposed to win the election. We heard you the first time. What is this like the 40th time you have repeated yourself?

    Maybe you have Alzheimers.

It's quite evident that Trump winning against all odds really has you in a state of hysteria which peaks dramatically when others mention it....OK we get that, but it should subside in a few years time, once you have had the benefit of proper guidance and good government......

With respect to "cogent arguments"...you might want to review the arguments from yourself, Snubtard and others of the snowflake contingent. Whinging, whining, name calling and childish tantrums really do not make for "cogent argument"

All that in addition to telling people from other countries that they should not be commenting on American politics.....which in the minds of libtards is their exclusive territory....even thought they frequently spout on about events and politics in everybody else's country...usually without having a clue what they are talking about.

Mocking and ridiculing Trumps wife, child and other family members are not really cogent arguments either....but when you have nothing but slime to offer, slime is what we get.

Now we are having the Donald's governance all locked up tight with "cogent arguments" ....after a single week in office ..

What hysteria? You seem to be in a constant state of hyperbole and are one of the most guilty in this forum for relying on insults instead of logic. As far as Melania Trump goes, she has not been mentioned in this thread as far as I know. And if you want to play the innocent please go back and review the racist insults inflicted by your comrades in this forum directed against both Barack and Michelle Obama.

Whatever this means?...... Trump wasn't supposed to win?.....I did not expect him to win...if that's what you mean....guilty as charged.....so what, he did win. I like winners and have always preferred them to losers.....keep on backing losers if you like. That's one of the great things bout America. Everyone is free to back losers.

Really, ...and where are all these "insults" instead of "logic" You mean using words like snowflake.....? Is that the insult you are worked up about. Now we really should review the anti-Trump posters to see where the name calling and insults are coming from....seriously... You have to be in total denial here.

As far as insulting Obama and wife....yes there were plenty I'm sure. I don't recall issuing any myself, and honestly can't even recall posting in the Obama thread. I actually quite liked Obama apart from the fact that some of his policy making sucked, he seemed like a decent guy with a nice family.

I can't answer for others , but it's not really relevant now because this is the Trump thread.

We should have another tally detailing the number of times you have called people idiot, moron, lemming, stupid, retarded, fake news, right wing fever swamps, and on and on. Face it Snubbie, you need to be in jail permanently instead of contaminating every thread with your tireless BS and insulting nonsense. Some of us have had perfectly good posts deleted just because they became attached to some of yours.

I most certainly am...and you know it, as does anyone else on TD that knows your posting history. Anyone call pull up your posting history and see exactly what I'm talking about. All the denial and venting you can muster up can't change your history....sorry.

Anyway, I'm not going to prolong this because it's all going to get purged again as frequently happens.

^^ If I called someone a name it is because they earned it. It is not my fault that so many on your side are intellectually challenged. Why don't you enlighten me as to when I last used the term "fake news" that phrase has since been adapted by many of your right wing buddies who now claim CNN and BBC as fake news.

    Breaking news:-

Trump Just Fired the Acting Attorney General for Refusing to Defend His "Muslim Ban"

Sally Yates, an Obama appointee, was serving in the role while the Senate considers Jeff Sessions' nomination.

... The New York Times got a copy of the letter she sent to DOJ lawyers.

“I am responsible for ensuring that the positions we take in court remain consistent with this institution’s solemn obligation to always seek justice and stand for what is right,” Ms. Yates wrote in a letter to Justice Department lawyers. “At present, I am not convinced that the defense of the executive order is consistent with these responsibilities nor am I convinced that the executive order is lawful.”

It's not and four judges have already weighed in on this. There is currently a stay that has been ordered. It is being ignored by homeland security and that is a blatant violation of the checks and balances guaranteed under the constitution. I posted about it on the last page.

We are witnessing the Bannon/Trump rule by chaos philosophy being put into practice. Will the American people, who like stability, accept this as the new normal?

Well as someone who is here now I can say there is no escaping it. It is all over TV and social media literally all the time. Anxiety and tensions are very high in the country right now. Personally I do not think this is sustainable.

I think that many of the people who voted for him who have spent a fair bit of time talking smack are know realizing that they are going to have to take a bite of this shit sandwich themselves.

OK so Trumpie gets shot down by the DC establishment or something of the sort. Then what. He gets replaced by the VP... and then what? They won't like that any better than Trumpie, so is it going to take a civil war to win back the Clintonesque version of the US that you all seem to think would have been some kind of improvement on the way things were.

There is so much shit being thrown around over this ban on people from a small handful of countries; and yet, what is it really?....a temporary halt to entry from these specific places, for 90 days. Is this something to get anxious about?

It's been presented in some quarters as a "Muslim" ban, when there is no such ban on people from the other 100+ Muslim countries around the world. Not only that, but Trump did state many times that he was going to do it long before he became President, and he gave his reasons....agree or not. Now it's a huge shock when he actually does what he said he was going to do....I suppose people are not used to that are they?

So, apart from the obvious inconvenience caused to a small number of people, what is the big flap about? Any country has the right to place restrictions on people who wish to enter. There is no restriction on those who already hold US passports regardless of where they originally came from, and overall not much restriction on anybody other than the countries named.

It has nothing to do with Muslims per se.....it has everything to do with citizens from broken, dysfunctional states where extremist elements are known to exist, from entering the US, until a more reliable and robust vetting program can be established. This has been explained many times, but it seems to fall on deaf ears and those with reading difficulty.

All this anxiety is being fostered by a media frenzy of speculation about worst case scenarios on anything and everything connected with Trump. If we filter out all the BS and speculation there is not much left to get anxious about.....unless Ivanka's party dress is in some way a threat to national security and identity.

At least the crowd size and cake issues seem to have died down a bit, so I suppose they had to come up with some new threat of disaster to fill up the pages and air time....

Creating anxiety is the very stock-in-trade of the media....they thrive on it, and it it seems to be working they will keep piling it on.

I see Trump has urged people to boycott Starbucks for hiring refugees instead of veterans, think I might short the stock, may as well make some money off the back of Trump. Long live The Donald.

This is probably one of the most ignorant posts I have read in sometime. You are completely out of touch. I will not take the time to respond to everything in that whopper of ignorance.

With regards to the muslim ban and that is exactly what it is it is unconstitutional and several judges have already said so. Rudy Giuliani said that Drumpf came to him asking how he can ban "Muslims".

Giuliani: Trump asked me how to do a Muslim ban 'legally' | TheHill

So lets put that part of your post to bed.

With regardless to there just being speculation regarding worst case scenario's it is pretty obvious as the day goes on just how bad all of this is. The removal of the JCS and DNI from the NSC and the appointment of the partisan mad man Bannon to chair it, the Muslim ban, the fact that there is literally no one running several government agencies most importantly the state department etc etc. This is not speculation this is reality.

America is sailing into dark and dangerous waters with a ship that is mostly on autopilot right now. At this point it doesn't matter who you voted for or where you live, if you have a few brain cells and are not completely overtaken by propaganda then you should be concerned.

Also a little side note regarding Breitbart that so many of you right wing wacko's seem to love to read. It is controlled by Bannon who in turn is in control of Trump and hence the free world. Many of the staff "writers" are now working for the administration that's right they are on the White House payroll yet they continue to write for Breitbart. That website is purely a propaganda outlet that the WH is using to pollute your minds. Wake up you have been duped.

How can it be a "Muslim ban" if Muslims from over 100 other "Muslim" countries are not banned? It is a "temporary restriction" on citizens of seven countries...that happen to be Muslim.... which is an entirely different thing.....

Another one of your favorite targets.....well I for one have never accessed Breibart other than to have a quick look to see what all the fuss was about. Don't think I've ever spend more than about 30 seconds there. Have not watched the FOX channel for years either.....but still, your fantasy continues unabated...
