Thick. You can no more grant citizenship to Hamas, than you can to the Boy Scout association. Citizenship is conferred on individuals, and conveys both Rights and obligations.

So again- if Israel considers Palestine 'spoils of war', why has it not granted the residents citizenship?

Any Hamas member then , and any way according to Hamas Israel does not exist
