It was stated today by NBC News that ISIS is now the "World's Richest Terror Group."

Is there any way to completely black out news stories about ISIS? Since they thrive on being in the news, it may put the first nail in their coffin if the world could agree to this achievable goal.

Would this be feasable, or would freedom of the press interfere?
